I wonder if there is another team in world football that has its 3 most expansive signings playing for other teams.
That fact alone should be enough to sack the director of football.

Others i'd like to know = We had (depending on sources) 2 or 4 shots against Brentford. When was the last time Stoke had so few in a league game? (Just looked at some stats that says in happens about once every 130 games for an away team) = Has any other club accrued players to our value who are not playing? (Imbula, N'Diaye, Wimmer, Bauer - £53m or so) = Who was the last club, with as many internationals (or international caps), who were lower in the English pyramid? = When was the last time Stoke had 4 managers in 1 calendar year? = When was the last time we had an FA Cup home crowd of 10k or under. (Millwall 2007??) = When Afobe moved from Wolves to Stoke, he had gone up in value by 2m in a day. Has any other club bought a player that increased in value so quickly (a rate of £730m/yr) = Saido cost 12m and has now scored 3 goals in 50 appearances. That means 12m for a goal ratio of 0.06 goals/game. Is there any striker in any league who has played made than 10 appearances with a worse £ per goal/game ratio?

The penalty stats are embarrassing. Questions should be asked of andy quy. Who the club seem desperate to keep on their payroll. Why cant he improve our keepers penalty performance. Why cant he coach butand to come off his line Crikey - is no one safe from targeting? We've had some of the best keepers I remember under Andy Quy's watch. Begovic improved, Butland improved. Sorensen used to save penalties for fun, and Quy was here then. Penalties are scored more often than not. More to the point, why have we missed 6 from the last 8? Lack of confidence! If you think 1 penalty save from 42 is acceptable then we will disagree. Sorenson has saved penalties regularly throughout his career his technique was clearly in place before he joined stoke and worked under andy quy. The question still stands why is their no improvement in butlands technique. He drops to one side before the ball is even kicked every single time and the ball is rolled the other way. Is he not listening to the coaches or are the coaches not working on his technique. 1 out of 42 is not acceptable. We have sunk to where we are because people accept our failings as ok. Questions need to asked of everyone involved at stoke and that includes the gk coach. Or shall we all just shrug our shoulders and say whats all the fuss about.

Ive forgotten what scoring 3 goals is like. Man City recently scored 16 goals in 2 games! Their fans are definitely being spoilt for entertainment

We’ve done the “let’s get behind the players and roar them on” thing dozens of times. The players don’t give a shit. Yes, most of them probably don't care as much as us, but I don't believe most of our squad don't care at all. Morale is at an all time low and they look deflated every time we concede. Agree one hundred percent mate, no-one can tell me that any footballer who has made it pro doesn't care about winning or doesn't want to win. It's complete bollocks.

Actually, Sorensen saved 17% of penalties (slightly below average) outside of Stoke City. For us, he saved 37%. Butland has saved 14% of penalties faced in his career, but 0% for us. He's overdue a save, and if he saves his next he'll be on 17%, the same as Sorensen away from Stoke. I don't agree with everything you've said, but you make a couple of fair points. I'm rarely shocked on here but seeing Andy Quy singled out was one of those times!
