Go on, I'll bite...... Bore off you useless tool (you not the manager). True hurts when it's true Which back street in Burslem do you live in ? Be careful staying up so late you will be so so tired and emotional at school tomorrow.

He needs to buy any decent centre halfs in this division. I just want see any of them wanting to come. Easily, we can more than double their wages if needs be.

He sounded devastated in his radio stoke interview I would imagine he is massively devastated Dave as he's gone from a team who would run through a brick wall for him to a team of 'we are too good for this' bunch of wankers. I don't think he was expecting the team to be as bad as it is currently but unlike with Rowett I believe he will get his lads he wants in and turn it around. 👍

I'm afraid Nathan Jones has to take a lot of responsibility for that defeat. It was obvious to everyone in the ground that from about 55 minutes we were losing the control but he did nothing about it until it was too late. in his interview he said we were fine for the first 70 minutes , absolutely not true. Clucas and Crouch were merely passengers, our left flank was being hammered and we left it completely exposed for their first goal. The players(Adam and Cambell excepted) were a disgrace to the shirt but Nathan Jones was far too slow in changing it and shoring us up. He can't be responsible for piss poor finishing (Ince twice, Clucas and McLean to name just 4 chances) but the writing WAS on the wall, even more so after the first goal and he dallied too long. Lot to do and need to learn quick Mr Jones. Possibly. Or a manager still trying to work on his team expecting players of Championship standards to be good enough and fit enough to hold out to a team from a league below.

I do think 8 changes were possibly too many tonight if you include the players who haven't played for a such a long time, however he hasn't got a clue about the squad and hasn't had the fortune of having a pre season, the only way to find out about players is seeing them in traing and playing them.
I'm sure tonight has massively opened his eyes and realised what a shower of shit we have which required a major overhaul.

I hope he’s kicking fuck out of every single one of them bar Campbell. Like actually kicking fuck out of them, not just giving them an earful. I was very disappointed to see Campbell asking to come off, first real chance, new manager watching and on a hat trick.

Thought he went off injured ? He did, but didn't look anything serious. Yes so why was he so keen to get off?

Also can't play the system because I don't want to. Who do you think falls into that bucket? Bucket eh? Presume you mean bracket. I thought Ince and Clucas looked disinterested, has did McClean when he came on. That is just from tonight's showing. There maybe more dissenters lurking. But that is just how I saw things tonight. In the morning I will be more reasonable.

Clucas was visibly frustrated with the amount of work he had to do.

I'll make one prediction, he's going to snap at Nigel Johnson before the seasons out.
Two interviews in and I can already feel it simmering......

I thought Tymon would struggle and we may need Weik to come on. Also thought moving Bauer to the left side of the diamond would have helped as he was struggling a bit (and he hasn’t played for so long so that’s not a criticism) and bring Edwards on at right back...but it happened so fast I bet he didn’t have time to think!

He's probably blessed them with his forgiveness already. The Lord works in mysterious ways. We should at least be able to deal with crosses now!

He is much better than Rowett , we were trying to win and playing decent football, I think he had no idea how quickly we can collapse. He knows now. Someone must work within the mentality among the players. I've always assumed they do because it's such an obvious thing to do, I'm starting to have my doubts now tho.

No amount of training will give feedback of what these players can do under some pressure Those selected should have been good enough to win It will be very difficult to judge them v Leeds Crumbling like that reveals a massive lack of confidence I have the feeling that it’s going to be a rough ride, but I do think Jones will make us stronger

He needs to assess his players. They should have been good enough to beat Shrewsbury but they let him down for whatever reason. He will get there - he needs time to assess, offload and recruit. We probably wont see a Jones team until next season, but he MUST be given time. Less whinging from the knicker wetter brigade on here would help the situation from a fans perspective, but I doubt they will let up. Symptomatic of the 'me me me', instant gratification nature of todays society.

The positive of it being so shit right now is that we will spend money - and Percy said there’s a lot available - to get the players he wants.
