A few years ago there was a fantastic pot that I liked to go & look at. It’s hard to describe it now, but it was greatly admired by people who know a thing or two about these things. It was housed in one of the oldest museums in the world & was even shown around Europe to the delight of many. It seemed to be going from critical acclaim to acclaim, until one day the curator of the museum dropped it! Not only did it break, it was way beyond repair. The curator was sacked, but not before he had commissioned another pot at great expense, which to be frank, lacked any aesthetic or passion in its creation. A new curator has taken over the museum & the pot & although he has tried to beauty it up a bit with paint & glaze, it’s really not all that & isn’t much worth looking at. We will never have that old broken pot back I know, but I just wish someone could make us a new one that was worthy of the people that appreciate gazing upon these things 🏺

If the pot is broken, could you not now remould it and make it better. This may take time but in the long run it could be improved on!

Thing is, it’s easy for me to criticise a pot for not being much good, but could I do better. However, I’m not the one claiming to be a potter(I mean figuratively not literally(but aren’t we all supposed to be potters(Oh £@#&, I’ve gone & got myself lost in the whole art imitating life, life imitating art conundrum)))

I have a dream whereby uncle peter dips into his vast fortune and says right my legacy to the stoke fans will be a brand new 40,000[with 10,000 standing] for the stoke fans.it will be central to stoke town centre [don't ask me where!!] but easy transport links and loads of parking. theres nowt wrong with the bet365 stadium but it has served its purpose[to kickstart the Trentham lakes development] how bout knocking down the old hospital? I am sure you could fit a modern stadium on that site.
