He can be very effective at finding pockets of space in the final third can’t he? Is that 4 assists and a goal already for him?
He’s making a great impact.

Apart from that assist for the 1st goal I thought he was anonymous today but he’s had a decent start to his Stoke career

He probably got through his first few games on adrenaline. His lack of match fitness caught up with him today.

I felt he was not played in his best position today.

I'm not expecting any kind of consistency out of him until late on this season, more likely next. All ex pros talk about hitting a wall when you came back from a long injury as you over try to bridge the gap in fitness and end up burning yourself out. It must be a right nightmare.
