The fact that these riots and protests are VIRTUALLY UNREPORTED by our media is very disturbing. It shows how we are manipulated by the media and press. If these disturbing events were reported properly AS THEY DEFINITELY SHOULD BE, they would undoubtedly have an enormous effect on people’s opinions regarding the farcical goings on in Westminster re Brexit For those who have not seen it just google France. Some people are calling it “on the brink of civil war”, people are dying on the streets, and from our media===SILENCE. Reading the reports I noted talk of calls for FREXIT. A term I have never heard reported before. It'd be 24 hour rolling if it were against Trump. But since it has anti-EU elements, the Brussels Broadcasting Corp can't allow the public to know. I have become so annoyed at this I have just sent an e mail to BBC Newswatch ! Never done anything like this before. Interesting to see if there is any response. 😧

I see the media are all ramping up the doom and gloom predictions to coincide with the return of the shysters to the House of Conmen after their Christmas break. Almost all news bulletins, political programmes, newspapers and internet articles are spouting the same doomsday scenarios of any form of Brexit. No doubt Bliar, Soubry, Starmer and Co have all been recharging their negative batteries during the recess for a full on assault to try to overturn the once in a lifetime (quote the then Prime Minister) "People's vote" and to show a complete disregard for the voters. AOL have been running an article stating how it's 56% now wanting to remain, and have an online poll attached, with the options being May's Deal, No Deal, or Remain - ironically even though the "Leave" vote is spilt over the two options the online poll is showing "Leave" at 51% (May's Deal at 7% or No Deal at 44%) and Remain at 49%, so it would appear little has changed since the referendum, and the figures accurately don't back up the AOL article. Shysters indeed!
Another little pearl they keep trotting out now is to say that 2 million people who voted OUT have since died, so their OUT votes no longer count! **** ME! Whatever will they think of next? I truly don't think there are any depths or dirty tricks they wouldn't sink to. And Blair can **** RIGHT OFF. I'd love to see someone interview Lady Macbeth Anna Soubry live on TV and ask her what she thinks of Frexit ! "Hey - guess what! Now the French people want to leave the EU, too. What's that, Anna? Suddenly stuck for words??????????"

I have no first hand evidence myself but can only repeat what my froggy friends in Clermont-Ferrand are telling me.
This was the 8th weekend of protests and riots and after a lull over Christmas they started with renewed anger yesterday. The police are getting ever more aggressive each weekend but the gilets jaunes are not giving up and are becoming more determined to try to eventually oust Macron. Support and approval for Macron is consistently below 20%.They say the big cities are obviously seeing the worst riots but it is now almost a civil war and French TV news, papers and internet are pretty much dominated by these events. Now that Frexit is on the agenda the police have stepped up their response even more to try to limit any surge of support but it is growing.
They were amazed when I told them there is almost no mention of it here in the UK in our media.

Don’t worry, I expect the Guardian will give us a true and balanced story with all of the burning police vehicles and violence. After all, they made it up to say that’s what will happen post Brexit in Northern Ireland, so who knows what they will be able to do with something a little more factual?

Bit ironic this demonstration in Australia considering they are a country essentially built from immigrants. However, you know where you stand with Aussies and they don’t tend to beat about the bush.😂😂😂.

Are we being told the full truth about France? Is Macron finished? Apologies if already posted, but the big fella punching les rozzers has become a celebrity after this video went viral. He was identified as a former pro heavyweight boxer, and was wanted by police until his arrest today. Many French citizens object to him attacking the police, as a matter of principle, while others point out the police haven't exactly behaved like angels themselves lately. He's a hero if you ask me.

I don't know if a D Notice is in force at the moment or not, it was something I picked up on Twitter. There is however a very loud silence over whatever is or is not happening in France at the moment and that silence makes me very uncomfortable.

The silence is because the timing is perfect for Brexiteers. Ditto, not telling the full truth about the dinghys in Kent.
Public loathing for the EU couldn't be stronger. And 'people's vote' pillocks are deluded if they think otherwise.

Yellow vests: France to crack down on unsanctioned protests
French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe has announced plans to punish people who hold unsanctioned protests after seven weeks of anti-government unrest.
His government wants to draft new legislation that will ban troublemakers from protests and clamp down on the wearing of masks at demonstrations.
He said 80,000 members of the security forces would be deployed for the next expected wave of protests.
Protesters smashed down the gates to a government office this weekend.
In other chaotic scenes in Paris, demonstrators fought riot police, and cars and motorbikes were burnt.
