Since he left in 2013 we havnt beaten a team he has managed on 7 occasions, he will get my respect for the night he turned up for the second half of the game on the day his mum died , that shows the measure of the man It showed a fucking total lack of respect for his Mother as far as I'm concerned. H Exactly H, said it myself all along!!! It was nothing more than a fuckin publicity stunt!!! He'll get fuck all from me on Sat'day, I won't hurl any abuse his way.... But I certainly won't be applauding the far-quar!!!

Always grateful for what he did for Stoke never forget when his mum passed away and he turned up at half time and led us to a win against Villa, fair play for that! And being involved with Donna Louise but when he was raging to get Adam and affelay sent off against West Brom he does not deserve applausing, he made a point before that a Stoke side has not beaten his teams since he left, its time we sort it out!

There will be the usual hero worship from the vast, vast majority and the usual tutting and shaking of heads from the usual 200 who he humiliated regularly by defying their dire warnings.

Personally, I think he's a twat, and would treat him as such! He himself f'd up his chance here, and that is why he was moved on! He IMHO is a bitter man after being shown the door by the powers that be! His own fault, as I say! Before I get the usual crap off people on here, I appreciate that he got us to the so called promised land, but as I have said many, many times, he was bloody lucky the year he got us up, and oh! so nearly blew it! Rant over! P.S. Give me Tony Waddington any day of the week. Now there was a top, top bloke!!!!!!

Should always get the reception he deserves as one of our best managers ever, only bettered by Waddo in my opinion. To me TP is a hero who gave me my best time as a supporter which I'll always remember with fondness. I thought he walked at just the right time though.

Burnt his bridges with pathetic gamesmanship for me - so he's just the opposition manager and is fair game for abuse from the get go......
Over to you Gary - teach this twat a lesson and earn a MermaidSal 10 post match rating from me .....

Is a dead mother a fair enough weapon to draw on a successful ex employee now then?
Jesus wept.

Mr Momo, To put it in context my mother died nearly two years ago on my fucking birthday. I went to work that day as it was better than spending my day at home with a litre of gin or whisky. I really wanted to do the latter. He did a 'good thing' I guess but we all have our ways of dealing with grief GD

slight clap and that's about it. He still does a lot for Donna Louise and other good causes - so fair play for that.

I find it impossible to disrespect someone who has brought so much joy and great memories in my life. 100% Yes. The first two years in the Prem were absolutely fantastic, the crowd, the passion, just everything was brilliant after so long away. I will always be grateful to the Chairman and him for that time.

I never thought I would have experienced that time. When we were stuck with no prospect of getting promoted, we could only dream. I suppose it's why Leicester fans are so hurt right now.

H IMHO your statement demonstrates to all the worst of a personal agenda against an individual for whom you dislike. Your social media statement is no more than an intrusion into what was a very personal decision. I’ll guess you have no knowledge whatsoever about the relationship between Tony Pulis and his Mother. Who are you to comment upon a personal family loss in such circumstances. Shame on you.
