"Stoke boss Tony Pulis on being booed by both sets of fans: "I have got broad shoulders and will take the flak. It's part of the job. " I'm not going to throw the chairman's money away willy-nilly and won't bring players here who won't take us forward. "It will be a slow rebuilding process. I won't be panicked into doing anything that's not right for the club." Plymouth manager Ian Holloway on Pulis: " Tony left me with an honest and hard-working group of players." I'm going to go on a bit of a tangent from the thread here but: As critical as I was of Lambert, Hughes needs flogging for bringing the likes of Imbula/wimmer here. The other side of that is Rowett had the opportunity to put his own stamp on the squad and we still aren't firing... Pulis just spouts a pack of lies.

Not sure he will be at the derby match lose the next two games and Mr Pulis might be handing him his P45 No possibility he will be gone by then, he has only just started and clear he is at the early stage of changing the whole team. Not even a topic of discussion at Board level Thing is his changes keep making things worse

He did exactly what he said and the rest is history. Like him or loathe him his success at the club was amazing.
