You don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone! The fucking chancer, charlatan in charge, backroom ball busting fucktard Rowett pushed this by starting fucking Fletcher and bringing in Williams week after week. This fucking club is really going down hill fast with these fucking dumbass decisions. Didn't he write The Count of Monte Cristo?

@philspenc23: Geoff Cameron: The best signing that QPR never thought they needed.
Central midfield was arguably the strongest area of the team, but what Cameron brings in composure, intelligence and experience has made a huge difference to the overall team.

Good player Geoff. Should walk into our starting Eleven. We swapped him for Williams who we figured was worth three times the money..... Presumably a few people got paid for it as well.

He'd be brilliant with our present set up, can't believe we allowed him to leave.

He's a liability at the back.ball watches and gives away penalties.
Who would he replace in midfield?
No one.

The only justification of him going is that he wanted to . Otherwise a fit Geoff Cameron would have been immensely useful to this squad.

Let's be honest he became a liability wherever he played and it was the right time to move him on. The people reminiscing about his brilliance are talking out of their pipes and have short memories. Walk into our side my arse, and if he did them very people would be jumping all over Rowett for picking him. Fickle.

I liked Geoff but he’s nowhere near as good as Woods, Allen, Etebo or Clucas but could offer more of the physical element that only Clucas has. As a CB he’d be useful but I can see why we let him go as he was getting very injury prone.

We have far better options than him. He was good for us, never brilliant.

Two wrongs don't make a right. It was An Absolutely right that Cameron left, his Stoke career was done. Good luck to him.

Far better options? Really? He is far superior to Williams and that other clown from Everton.
He would also do a great job in a holding 2 with Woods, not sure who else we have to play there either. Comparing him to Etebo and Allen is irrelevant he doesn't play in those positions

Same, I know (from what I've read) that he can play different rolls....but every player has a preferred position....what's his??? All I keep reading is that he can play here, he can play there!!!

If Geoff's the answer at this stage of his career, it's hard to know what the question is.

Apologies to Pottersrule but just point this out once more and then hopefully we politely ask Admin to shit bin any further GCam stuff and we can all move on with our short but beautiful lives.
Love him or hate him Geoffrey did not want to play for Stoke.
He stated he “wanted a new challenge” and, as such, did not want to be at the club. Didn’t want to play for Stoke. Had no interest, wanted away, didn’t want to be there.
All this “I can’t believe we let him go” ...........believe..and let it go.
Apparently it took him for hours to do his hair, shave his body, trim his eyebrows, shave his legs and manscape so at least at least it’s freed up some time in the dressing rooms.
I’ve watched him play three or for times this season. If he’s QPRs godsend good luck to him. Good luck to him whatever.

I remember him being a pretty good left sided midfielder, Turf. Tidy, good passer with a good shot on him. Definitely more talented than Geoff(who I always liked). Are we allowed to play more than one ginger in midfield, though? 😜

Geoff was a decent and versatile player in the Premier League, on that basis I'm not at all surprised he is making short work of the championship.
Strange thing is he seems like an archetypal Rowett player , I get it people say he wanted to leave, but anyone know why, I thought we we would have moved heaven and earth to try to keep him.

I would be totally pissed if he we moved heaven and earth to keep a bang average player like Cameron.
