It's interesting that, while we were chasing QSF in January, Espanyol were linked with Javi Gracia as his potential replacement. And he's now doing rather well at Watford.
Perhaps we should have approached him after QSF mucked us about....

If PC ever got dragged into an Indian restaurant, he'd probably ask if they do English dishes.

They lost their number 1 star, and they are much better than the last season.

WBA got 7/9 in beginning of the last season, they thought they are safe. Watford has now 12/12, mostly they will not relegate but certainly they cant continue this way.

Richarlison "40 millions" Oh yeah. Although he went missing from about November last season didn’t he? Good money for him.

Watford have pace and power all over the pitch. I think Deeney is quite an underrated striker, to be fair. Bet he would have challenged WBA's defence more than Crouch did.

Absolutely correct. But then we managed to win 4 straight games once in ten years. And after 4 games they now have approximately a third of the points they need to stay up.

And if they sack him no doubt they'll find someone else from those mysterious lands beyond the cliffs of Dover. They seem to do it with ease.

I am sure there was a reporter from Spain who said that Gracia was more up and coming and well regarded in Spain and that Stoke should have been going for him instead of QFS

We could learn a lot from them.

Watford always start well. This season is no different. They will lose, then won't win for ages, then will win a couple around new year and that will be enough to see them safe for another season.
It's what they do. They'll probably sack the manager at some point as well.

4 wins out of 4 in the Premiership - please explain what is not wow about that and when we did that? It's a cracking start. Nothing more, nothing less. They will soon be treading water in their standard position of anywhere between 8th and 16th.

And over 25% of the way to safety for a team like them. I’m not saying they should only think like that but iftll do them the world of good.

4 wins out of 4 in the Premiership - please explain what is not wow about that and when we did that?26th Nov 2011 to 17th Dec 2011 Edit: it followed 4 straight defeats (one being the 0-5 at Bolton) and we only won one of the 9 games that followed. So 4 in 4 is great... 5 in 17 not so...
