Maybe the season comprises of all the games through all the months all the ups and downs, twists and turns and maybe he will get it right and the others will have their sticky patches. He has made mistakes but I am sure he is learning more each day about the players, club and fans.
It will get better, dont be disappointed we are not three points clear at the top, be optimistic, we have shifted dead wood and are moving slowly towards a settled side, way of playing band hopefully a foundation building season.
He has my support and I suspect the majority of the clear thinking fans too

I do wonder if the wrist slasher have any idea how long it is going to take to sort this mess. Rowett has so much to deal with and cannot be expected to have it all sorted within 6 games. I would be interested to know the average age of the slasher, dare I say most will be from the snowflake generation who expect instafix, smiley faces or to buy it off the internet. This is real life, dealing with people and a load of other issues all at once. It's about doing hard miles and trying to manage people's expectations. Get behind Rowett and the team, we have no devine right and have a lot more troubles and strife to come. This is real football not the stage managed sanitised premier league In his press conference before the Leeds game he responded to the Leeds players comment that they were going to go for the 3pts, "Hasn't he seen the odds" A flippant comment maybe, but if he doesn't turn the ship round we will lose 10k fans at the end of the season & with the loss of parachute payments, that will be the end of self sustainability.

Ha ha - anyone who calls this hoofwanking clusterfuck of a manager out is a wrist slasher - I might feel like slashing something but it ain't my wrists - maybe the index finger of every happy clapping catastrophe-denier snowflake and mail it to Peter Coates... Maybe you should seek some help. Maybe you should get a sense of humour.......

I honestly don’t care who we got in, I honestly don’t see anyone getting a consistent tune out of this shower.
For all his faults today we were a penalty miss from taking a point t off the much praised WBA (who ended the season far better than we did I may add). I’m not a fan of Rowett, not a fan of his football, but he is clearly in the mound of Pulis (even their records pre stoke aren’t too dissimilar). I’ve said it a million times, we could really do with hitting rock bottom and doing a Fulham/wolves/Middlesbrough to completely rebuild before even thinking about getting back to the ‘big time’.
Having said that, stacks of people predicted exactly what is happening now if Rowett didn’t hit the ground running and we are seeing it. He really should get a pass of blind faith until January because let’s be honest, nobody can do anything until then. Let’s not forget he’s also (hardly room for praise but it is what it is) doubles our wins this year in 5-6 games.

Yes but if we are in deep shit (ie bottom half) January is too late and it will be more difficult to attract quality - the next move the club make could be the single most important one in years as it will signal real intent and a top half resurgance before Xmas would be good for January recruitment - or if we stick or make another lame-ass appointment acceptance of potentially years in the wilderness - ridiculous as it sounds, with so many games in this league we still have a good chance to get back up at the first time of asking but not with this clown and only IF we make the right appointment....

We are still holding on to plenty of dead wood , are over reliant on ageing plodders in arguably the fastest most intense league going and have a manager who still doesn't know his best team or formation and clearly doesn't trust flair or creativity and seems lacking a pair of bollocks to boot....

Bit of a ridiculous thing to say given our opponents today Fair enough but I’m interested to know how many times West Brom got twatted four nil last year. The board trust Rowett so we should too. I thought we were ok in the first half (I missed the second so no comment) You trust that bunch of lying twats that promised a promotion team, Really You must be the only person left in Stoke-on-Trent that trusts that band of charlatans. I'd rather listen to the band on the Titanic than the bullshit they spout.

GR's biggest problem is he correctly states what the players are doing wrong
Then next week , they turn up and make the same mistakes again
If the players don't listen to him , why is here ?

Hasn't taken West Brom that long, has it? He deserves criticism. Let's not sugarcoat it. I'm certainly not calling for him to go, but he's not doing much right West Brom changed their fortunes back end of last season with their new manager whereas we didn't

I've said elsewhere that the penalty going in would on no way have meant we got a point. It was a performance that reminded me of the old days when we used to beat em regularly. Loads of possession but nothing more.

Very simply put, but absolutely bang on!!! I’ve never known a guy post match to state the bleeding obvious and then not appear to do the things during the week or pick the team to make the statement of those wrong doings...
