The problem is the big egos that think because they played in the prem that the efl will be a walk in the park. culpture shock has struck.

I'm no where near thinking he should go, but he needs to learn from his mistakes, I was happy with the starting 11 before the game but the subs he made were awful, well one actually which was to undermine anything else that happened after.
