Unbelievable both out for at least 3 months.
Carroll ruptured ACL after falling off balcony whilst drunk.
Both sent home from pre season tour.
They’re very lucky they’re loaded.

Unconfirmed reports on Twitter have suggested that the injuries were as a result of both Carroll and Reid returning home drunk after curfew and subsequently trying to climb into their hotel room via a balcony, with Carroll allegedly falling and rupturing his ACL.

If he’d looked after himself and stayed fit, he would at the very least have been the plan B England needed v Croatia. He’s done very well for himself, but he could have been so much more.

He was the same at Newcastle, that's why they sold him. He then made it down onto the bright lights of London and his inflated ego and his problems only increased. Loves lifestyle more than the hard yards of keeping fit and healthy

How ironic after months/years of inactivity the bloke came off the bench to score a 90th minute equaliser against us in a game where 3pts would have helped us a great deal in preserving our safety & dragged WHU closer to the mire.. Typical!

This guy will be 30 this season and has managed just over 50 goals in 13 seasons of Premier League football. What a waste. Don't end up like this, Berahino!

Typical! Yep, Carroll doesn't come on and steal victory from us at the death at West Ham and Charlie Adam lets Jese take the penalty he won and wanted at the death against Brighton, he would not have missed and, hey presto, we have 4 more points, Southampton are relegated instead of us, Hughes is sunk without trace, Lambert is the Messiah and we are looking forward to our 11th season in the Prem, fine margins !!

You expect it from Carroll but not from Winston Reid, isn't he the captain?!
Andy Carroll is definitely playing in the wrong era, he'd be a legend in the 70's.

I don't know why you'd think that. He hasn't played for England since 2012 and his club record is mediocre at best. Peter Crouch has scored 50 percent more goals than him over the same period he's been at Stoke. Add in the fact he's the sort of utter prick Gareth Southgate is trying not to pick, and there's no case for him being part of the England setup.

Thinking Andy Carroll is the next Dean Ashton...bet they must be so glad they've signed Jack Wilshire to make sure the physio doesn't get bored

Thinking Andy Carroll is the next Dean Ashton...bet they must be so glad they've signed Jack Wilshire to make sure the physio doesn't get bored It doesn’t matter though as they have a bottomless pit of money. They’re very lucky they do because they’ve made some expensive shocking signings on huge money over the last few seasons. I think they could do well this season though if the likes of Yarmalenko come off.

Shit....we were only getting 3. I've looked at the table. Technically we are safe. I've sent a strongly worded email to the FA
