Umtitty's wank.
He reminds me of a slower Kolo Toure.
Got caught on the ball several times and very lucky not to be punished.

Nzonzi running the game - hardly breaking sweat
just jogs around, giving and going
going and giving
our demise started with his unfortunate departure
class football player - world class even

There’s nothing sweeter than a South American football player crying.
It’s truly magnificent.

Quarter final and Uruguay play like that, may as well go out in group stage. Utter rubbish,it’s games like this that will ruin football.

For all the xenophobic projection directed in the way of the Uruguayans they have been largely solid, disciplined and clean in this tournament. They had a look of a 2010 era Italy about them that were going to bustle their way to the Final on the string of low strike / high conversion wins. They were tip of the fair play league, I believe. If Cavani hadn’t got injured and they had found themselves on the other side of the draw I think they would have gone all the way. Of course I would have loved to have seen them meet England in the final. And get royally stuffed as compensation for that game in Brazil

And get royally stuffed as compensation for that game in Brazil AS MUCH AS YOU TALK ABOUT XENOPHOBIA - As far as I am concerned the latin American football nations as a collective in this tournament have plumbed new depths when it come to cheating - diving - play acting - trying to get their fellow professionals sent off - the dark arts in general and especially, trying to affect decisions by bullying players and especially, referees. I for one am absolutely delighted that the competition is for now at least, free of their disgusting antics and their total failure to grasp / understand the very basics of sportsmanship . And Brazil too going out last night, was good for the competition and yes there will still be cheating - but surely not as despicable as that consistently coming from latin America n football nations.
