I once was declared clinically dead. And are you alive again now? Yes. But some body parts are more sensitive now and have been for around 19 years. My body temperature was extremely low. Long story.

I once was declared clinically dead. And are you alive again now? Bet it only took a few bars of the resurrection shuffle.

What I find amazing is how many people 'know' for certain that it's all bollocks/all 100% real.
I think even if you believe you should have some resonance of doubt & equally if you disbelieve you should temper that with the possibility it is what is appears to be.
Human beings aren't smart enough to be 'certain' about such matters.

My sister had exactly the same experience some 20 years ago, as did the counsellor i spoke of (but of course all these people are making it up/mad/fraudulent/emotionally weak ;-). ) Hoping Musil might drop me a pm :-)

She’s always told a similar story (tunnel, etc) except that she was ‘met’ by someone who said “It is not your time to be here yet. Turn around and go back”. She proceeded to make a full recovery although a lot of other children were dying of that disease at the time. I’ve always assumed that it was just a dream, perhaps her mind preparing her for death – who knows – but she’s always ‘insisted’ on the truth and reality of it and has believed in some sort of existence ever since. The simple truth is that we just don’t know what we don’t know!

I was disappointed to see a blank, empty form when I clicked on the ‘Contact’ link on their website. Having to type messages to them is tedious compared with being able to ‘beam’ them to them through a spirit, or telepath messages to them through the vast unknown. Oh, and I think ‘Bull’ is the answer to your question.

When you die you remember as much as you did before you were born My opinion: To die is a phase. But yes, when you've gone through that process and actually are completely gone - then you won't remember a thing. We are all reset.

Thats a scary thought from the perspective of this life, being reset but perhaps less so from that side. You might appreciate the books of Michael Newton??

If we are all reset and remember nothing how do you explain deja vu? I used to go to one of these churches in Stockport with the women from work. Most of the speakers were rubbish but one night a woman came up to me, she was not part of the 'show', and said there had been a black and white dog around my ankles all night, I used to walk it along the cliffs! My mum went to see one and she told her about the scar she had on her knee, how she got it and how old she was, 8! She was wearing trousers. She also told her lots of things she couldn't possibly know and ultimately came true.

My mum went to see one and she told her about the scar she had on her knee, how she got it and how old she was, 8! She was wearing trousers. She also told her lots of things she couldn't possibly know and ultimately came true. Most psychiatrists and psychologists used to, and still do, explain déja vù with being your own memories from your current life; something you've seen on tv, holiday photos someone has showed etc and if you've seen something under certain circumstances or enough repeated times, you finally become convinced you've been there or been through something yourself. Then the "déja vù" is in fact a déja vù or in English "already seen"-experience, but already seen in This life. Modern science however is fascinating and just half a year ago I listened to Science radio P1 Sweden. It was about regenerative medicine. Some researchers have discovered a certain area in the brain where memories in the format of pictures was thought to be stored! It's very early research and not even published yet, if I understood them correctly, but in a few years time they will have something to present and perhaps in the future connect our brain to a screen. In the meantime, I have to think of cell phones. Maybe this reset thing best could be described as it is like when you thought you have done a reset on the cell phone before selling it to someone else - some info will still be left there anyway ... Maybe that is déja vù, what happens when you got back to Earth. Yeah, you were reset, but not 100%, just 99.9999%. ☺️ Who knows? The woman who saw the dog might be right, and the one told about your mom's scar. To me, to be medium is a gift, and some might have that gift, it isn't very strange if they had. Some are great goal keepers or musicians. Some are mediums. Why do I even compare those completely different categories? Well, since I've been close to death myself it would be a BIG surprise to me, if there still weren't any after life at all. But I'm open to all views, perspectives and possibilities, I'm no fanatic. The after life/between life and death experiences might be a kind of state in the brain where the brain is about to "collapse", memories do create it's own stories, and the tunnel etc might be just how many of us (at least in the western world) have thought about it, Before we're in that particular situation; in other words, we see what we want to see. To believe is never automatically the same as To know. But it could be.

About my own experience, short version: I saw the tunnel, went in, but before that, I saw myself.
I still have one question though, one that noone, no person, book, religion or philosophy, can answer: what's the point of it all?

My ex was pretty into this sort of stuff for a while, her 'guide' was apparently a native red Indian called Red Wolf, apparently a lot of these spirit guides are from red Indian tribes, it may be seen as being cynical but I always wondered how they communicate with these mediums unless the use of English was far more widespread in those days than I tbought.
Anyhow, one of the nights she attended in the village with someone else doing the reading revealed something quite interesting, to me anyway.
She came home pretty excited saying that the medium had been contacted by my Dad (who'd passed away around 4 years earlier), after a loose description of him the medium told her that he'd died after suffering from prostate cancer.
She was a bit shocked when I informed her that he'd actually from stomach cancers, apparently she (the wife) had been under the impression (and I've no idea how) that he'd actually had prostate cancer.
Odd that both the medium and my wife got such a fundamental fact completely wrong, not just that but they both made exactly the same error.

A friend of my mum's is a medium, a few years ago she was doing the washing up in her kitchen and she saw a friend's mum walk past her window, she went outside and saw absolutely nothing, so she called her friend and explained what she had seen, her friend Tried to call her mum several times but couldn't get through so went around to find her mum dead on the sofa. She says that her "guide" sent the lady to her so that she could make somebody aware that she had died alone.
There are other stories that she has told and my mum believes 100% that she is genuine by some of the things she has said to her.
I have seen some things that I cannot explain but I am still not convinced by it all.
