I couldn't give a monkey's forehead who wins this game, but I must admit I do love a day out at Fulham:
Nice pubs, lovely old ground, nice walk through Bishop's Park next to the Thames and a quick spend up in Soul Brother Records in Putney!
What's not to like?

To be fair - at the time of our last playoff final against Brentford, our season ticket base was so low that season ticket holders could buy 4 tickets. As it happened I didn't have a season ticket in those days (work commitments) but I knew a season ticket holder who was going for a hospitality package so I used his season ticket number to buy 4 tickets for myself and 3 neutral colleagues who worked with me in Plymouth. I won't mention his name - but thanks again, Dobber!  My 3 colleagues managed to avoid setting off a riot - and, thanks to my powers of persuasion, they even managed to cheer our goals and clap Gudjon and the players at the end of the game. One of them was so gutted when GT lost his job the following week that he said he would switch his suppprt to Vale in future.  |

I would actually prefer a day out in west London with a decent view of the game rather than a trip to Aston with a shit view of the game.So for the reasons given cmon Villa.Never thought Id say that.  What's our record like in London? About 1 win in a thousand? It's utterly shameful of late. Our away record has been shocking everywhere the last few seasons. |

I know but I heard the stat on Radio Stoke I think after the West Ham game and it's unbelievable how awful we are in the capital especially. |

Went to Fulham on a Bostock’s coach late 70’s or there abouts. After the game a couple of Fulham fans came onto the coach before it pulled away from the ground to confront the Stoke morons who typically inhabit the back seats and were taunting the passing Fulham supporters. Our back seat boys were shitting it and went as quiet as church mice when these two Fulham geezers came onto the coach and got in their faces...

I went to that game & we lived in Richmond upon Thames, three of us went down the M4 with our Stoke Scarfs out of the Window all the way...Lovely Cardiff Stadium, and nice people out & about to be fair...but it was a bit sad to see the Brentford end so empty. Still, we won |
