Cleaning the pay-as-you-go loos at the junction of Stafford Street and Percy Street, Hanley. Demolished months ago you grockle! He’s a model professional whatever his limitations and he’ll get a job in football elsewhere (and probably do ok).

The Crown Bank loos were demolished and replaced with the pay-as-go loos you grockle!....As for Lambert he’s got his limitations 😉 and i’m glad he’s fucked off.

Really? That’s why the tramps have started crapping behind my office on Pall Mall then! Are you saying there’s no pay-as-you-go toilets in Hanley? 🙄 You’re obviously one of the 42 fans that voted for Lambert to stay and feeling a little pissed off..😀

No I’m saying they won’t pay!
Some people would rather shit in someone’s car park than lose 20p.
Metaphorically a bit like some of the players Hughes signed.

He needs to go to a good league One club and build a team that he can take up.

Lambert (and Pardew) won't get big jobs for a while, hopefully not even in the second tier. Lambert's reputation was already damaged by Blackburn and Wolves, and Pardew's by Palace. Catastrophic failures this season will leave their reputations tattered. If common sense were to prevail, this would be very good for English football; two managers removed from the managerial merry-go-round will inevitably open up jobs for other people, hopefully promising Championship managers.
But they will, eventually, work their way back into it. They'll drop down divisions or go abroad, as many posters have suggested Lambert might go and work in Scotland for a bit. And they will rebuild their reputations to certain extends and one day will have been deemed to have 'done a job' somewhere to the extent that they 'deserve' or have 'earned' another chance. Lambert will, at that stage, roll off his list of pre-prepared excuses: discipline at Stoke was worse than he thought, fitness was poor, he only had 15 games, he lacked a goalscorer, he had no money at Villa, Wolves didn't give him enough time, Blackburn was a total mess.
And in the middle of a season, some club will be stupid (or desperate) enough to listen to him and take him on. That's how football works, depressingly, these people make millions doing it. Few clubs ever dare to take a risk on young or unproven British coaches, and then the FA wonders why we're a million miles behind our continental rivals.

It’s a fair cop.
Your knowledge of the intracies of the pay-per-poo public toilets of north staffordshire is superior.
Why that may be is a different issue....😏

Well I hope he finds a new club and does well, I can't fault him for his endeavour and attitude to the cause. Its not his fault he's a limited coach and I don't blame him for taking the job, he's a likeable bloke and I wish him all the best.

Were in the championship, we have no manager and half the players need to be shipped out yet a lot of posters are more interested in where the previous managers next job will be

I’m going for Dundee United As a follower of dundee United, despite me never wanting him as stoke manager, dundee United would be ideal for him. Lambert, despite the fact he made a huge contribution to our relegation, is a likeable honest guy. I would like him at Dundee United

That's a very bitter way of looking at it. Nobody else wanted the job. Did he lie about knowing the squad in depth and knowing what was needed to save us ? did he get paid for doing a job he blatantly was not up to ? bitter you bet I am he was partly responsible for our relegation you happy with that outcome ?
