I like Lambert. Like the cut if his jib. In 4 years he will be the new messiah. Give him time to build HIS squad. Get our hard working identity back.
In Lambert I trust

I didn't mind him initially but I'm afraid I cannot disagree with one win in 15 or whatever it now is. I know they're not his players and he jumped in at the deep end but even a couple more wins would have been ok. He has just not managed to do ANY of the job he was brought in to do and I'm afraid I think he should go once the season is over.

He's not only approaching the Chris kamara territory but also on the way to being as useless as pardew was at West brom.

In Lambert I trust Ok so "messiah" was maybe a bit far, but the rest applies. Let him sort the squad out with his own signings and see where we are in September. I want my team to have fight and grit, and I want players who will put themselves on the line for the club. I think his arrival and subsequent record proves that the players he had left to him were either: Unfit Not arsed Not good enough Not drilled So far he's fucked the "Not arsed" ones out, got the "not fit" ones fit, and drilled the players around defending (Still not perfect) but he is still left with several who aren't good enough. He's been badly let down by players making critical errors in games. The guy is not a miracle worker (and that's what we needed), but give him a chance with his own team. ILIT

I once had a boss who described another manager as having "a slipping clutch". What he meant was the manager said and did all the right things, or so it appeared, but there was no satisfactory end result. I'm afraid the description seems to apply to Paul Lambert. I hope I am proved wrong.

He's a tactically inept yesterday's man who would be lucky to be managing the likes of Bury.
See also: Phil Brown, Owen Coyle, Steve Kean, Alan Curbishley.
It's OK though as he'll be hounded out by Christmas when we're sat in 15th (to be replaced by someone of the calibre of those mentioned above).
What a fucking mess.

Apart from success at Norwich his managerial record is fucking shocking, I don't see what other people see, being honest he's a Division 1 manager at best who must be wanking into his socks every night at the thought of moi, a manager in the Premier league, what a fucking fraud ffs.

But the bogey-manager has never lost at Anfield, has he? And considering the dire predicament we're in that has to be a tantalising prospect.
