Can`t see palace going down , they did OK last night and they have goals in that team . They're in the bottom 3 for a reason, they can't be that good.

In case nobody noticed, our last two games of the season are against Palace and Swansea. Squeaky bum time, init! Could be worse. Could have been Man City and Liverpool 😉

There may be many things that we might look back on and think "what if", but Ryan's miss and Palaces late winner earlier in the season my prove huge!

Palace have scored less goals than Stoke Whats the stat? Saw it earlier. They have scored 1 goal less. Obviously that's minimal difference however it was suggested that Palace are "full of goals" when clearly they aren't. Actually five sides have scored less than Stoke but obviously none more, however West Ham have now conceded the same.

Not sure - I was talking about the last 5 games... You expect us to pass and move with 80% of the squad unfit? I expect us to enter the pitch aginst beatable opposition with a gameplan to win. Not to just sit back keep it tight and hopefully nick something. As for fitness, that excuse is running thin now - PL has been training them long enough with at least two free weekends...

You don't get a squad premier league fit in 1 month. How do you expect us to set up and have a game plan to beat man City? 17/18 season Man city - £221M Stoke - £57M Please explain.

They were hardly plucked off the sun-loungers FFS! - despite Hughes' deficiencies they would have been up to a certain standard. PL has been here for 6 weeks or so with at least 2 free weekends. Thats the same as a pre-season but with match-fitness included! What does the Man City game and the respective value of our squads have to do with anything I have said? I have commented on our tentative approach to winnable games where I believe we could have garnered more points - or at least had a good go. I suspect you are trying to fashion an argument to suit your agenda but if I am wrong and it is just your curiosity in my opinion - then PL may as well try the same as he has done in the last 5 games as those tactics suit this game better! However Man City are freakishly good and he may as well pray to God, Allah, Buddha or whoever for what good it will do...

For Man City or just generally? Whoever is up top against Citeh will be very lonely and will need to be able to take the ball on his own on the very few opportunities he gets - maybe Jese? There will be no hoofing it if it is him though... As for more winnable games, I honestly think we have to do whatever shuffling necessary to get Shaq in the middle of the park. I would be interested to see Crouch with Shaq alongside / just behind and Jese and Choupo / Ramadan wide.

Crouch needs people near him, Campbell is nowhere near ready, Berahino is a car crash and Choupo needs the preverbial rocket? Jese will be isolated but if he has the ball at his feet he has the ability to go past people and the pace. He must want to prove his pedigree against the best...

Finally a break....the turning point for our luck?? xx Kisses? Was this meant for your good lady Harry? Lol - any lady (good or otherwise) at that time of night and coming to the end of a second bottle of red....not sure if it’s the wine or cheering the last minute goal that was to blame for the way I felt this morning!
