Is this the same ref that couldn't wait to give a penalty against us? Yep..... You couldn't make it up could you?

You couldn't make it up could you? Fair play to him, obviously learnt from the mistake he made in our game and has got every dive correct tonight.

Didn't have any hopes for the game at the start but it turned bonkers, you knew Chelsea would win the shootout though.

Just noticed Angus Gunn in goal...Son of Bryan Gunn, awesome keeper for Norwich, and absolute legend for his heroics when tragedy struck his family. I remember when they were in Europe against Bayern Munich, it was billed Bryan Versus Bayern..

Refreshing to see a ref who has clearly improved from their mistake..

What pissed me off was Chelsea were down to 9 and rather than getting the ball into the box Norwich were just trying to keep the ball.

Fair play to Alan Shearer, I very rarely disagree with him. Always says it how it is when others dance around on the fence. What has Shearer said?

Fair play to Alan Shearer, I very rarely disagree with him. Always says it how it is when others dance around on the fence. Why fair play, slagging off VAR as a shambles? I think he was a disgrace, this is something the game needs and he is belittling it as it's not so easy for a striker to get a penalty as he used to do. Willian dived and got caught after he dived. Great decision!

Only just seen the highlights but if every ref dealt with divers that severely the problem would disappear

Who is this co-commentator? He’s desperate for Chelsea to get a pen. Ref was spot on every time. Fair play to him. They should get at least 5. Keep cool.

He certainly looks like the old man, and probably the reason why Man City wouldn't want to buy Jack from us, he'll be back there with good reviews at the end of his loan .

It was a good game to watch. What did my head in as a neutral was how biased the commentators and pundits were towards Norwich. It was all about Chelsea this and Chelsea that depite Norwich putting up a great fight.

Ref had a superb game tonight.
Even if he shafted us we move on. Mark Hughes shafted us for 2 years and we still had people wanting him here.

Great Reffing tonight. Willian could have got over the outstretched leg but decided - as they are doing now - to drag his foot across the defenders outstretched leg instead of trying to stay on his feet and score.
Good strong reffing when so many cheating divers - OK maybe 50/50 but as they were diving like dying swans all night not just in the penalty area then they deserved booking and sending off.

The guy has taken us down the shitter something Pulis never did. I know that's hard to to understand. Yet people still wanted him in charge. Referee makes one split second decision again us and hes called every name under the sun.

I didn't want him to come here and after his awful miss management of QPR that ended up in them being relegated
