We all knew that TP was a Tracksuit man and Sparky a committed suit man, but Lambert has been known to wear both whilst managing various clubs. What do you reckon will be Mr Lamberts sartorial preferences for Saturday, the rest of the season and beyond?

I seem to recall him at Villa games wearing a tracksuit. No baseball cap, though.

The problem is anyone who jumps up and down on the touchline wearing a track suit looks like an Uber Chav who normally hangs around shopping centres sharing fag ends and cans of Stella with the other gangstas
At the game last night he cut an authoritative looking figure. A bit less so at today's presser.

Think he's going to be nice mix of classic touchline manager wear with some sartorial quirkiness. Something like standard club shop manager three quarter length padded jacket combined with knee length black cycling shorts, stoke city away strip socks (pulled up of course Coyle like) and topped off with orange astroturf trainers. He will make that Spanish twat look like old man Steptoe.

My overall bestest 😎and unforgettable memory of supporting stoke for many years is the first semi final at Hillsborough in 1971. I walked into the ground on a lovely sunny day and the Dagenham Pipers were playing and parading on the pitch in their full regalia. Stoke in a semi final... goosebumps stuff.
