That's what he's "done now"...he's been shit. Sorry but there's no hiding from it. He really is shit. We should sell him, but we'll be lucky to get an orange and a bag of nuts for him.

His absence was a pretty eloquent commentary on what the Hughes regime think of him. Would have thought it pretty much told everyone all they needed to know.
Presumably Lambert will want some kind of look at him, but would it be a surprise if we tried to loan him out to the Championship at the end of the window?

Berahino,Imbula and Wimmer will probably go down in Stoke City folklore as three abortions of catastrophic proportions that either sunk or nearly sunk our premiership status!

We should just let him start taking MDMA again.
We’ve tried everything else with him.

What the bloody hell as the lad done now Not even on the bench He was fit yesterday so he’s not injured Don’t suppose our Nige asked the question I’m not sure any of them are fit to play to be honest. I think Eddie knows as well as anyone his attitude all week. I think if PL wants to keep him he ought to get him running hill sixty by Clayton Woods for a fortnight, if he can turn up on time for two successive weeks then maybe he gets a game with the u23’s. If he can score for them maybe a place on the bench. Otherwise by the end of January I think he will be playing on loan in Championship. The next two weeks are all about showing this squad what it takes to stay up. There can’t be any passengers in January’s revised squad.

Similar to when we had Kitson. Although Kitson did score a few goals.

I would imagine it's his general attitude , still cannot believe that he turned up yesterday at the ground Whether his attitude is as reflective as the unnacceptable not knowing when the game is on.
Hardly professional is he

is he shit? we don't even know. that's the problem. he got played for 10 games when it was clear as day he wasn't fit. most would assume that was the precursor to his thorough pre-season, and guess what? he's dropped.
you can't judge a player in a team that's pretty much terrible in 15 minute patches.

Every player from today forwards gets a fresh start, forget what’s happened before, let them prove themselves under a new manager and support from the stands. If it goes to shit then we can fuck them off in the summer. We need to be united from the goalie right through to the guys serving the scorching pies on the concourse.
They need us.
GOOARN SAIDO LAD!!

I would say he has 2 weeks to save his top flight career as sad as that sounds. If he isn't used by us this campaign or goes out on loan down a division. He genuinely might never play at this level again. He really needs to impress PL big time.

At the risk of getting slated, but everything these days pertaining to Stoke seems so surreal, anyway! I was at my barbers, you know the one for readers of an older disposition, **** *""" ****"" "*"""""". Well mar mate Tony Guy, tells me one of his customers, 'big up' in the Stoke hierarchy tells him, for Berahino's first match against Everton they had to get a 'stand in' Berahino because the threats from the kid's dealers and assorted hangers on from his sordid MDMA little lifestyle were getting to him so much. The only problem is the 'big swinging Dick's' at Stoke, thought this was a temporary measure, but they've had to employ ex Stoke player, ***** *"*** to keep an eye on the numbnut almost a year on, so terrified is he of the yam yam mafia. (Allegedly).
You couldn't make it up (could I?) No I couldn't so there you have it, 'straight from Barbers mouth, so to speak, to coin a phrase, I'll get my coat.

When Berahino first threw his toys out of his pram and went ‘on strike’ at WBA because his transfer to Spurs fell through, it was very obvious he was trouble with a CAPITAL T. He then took up drink-driving, happy gas sniffing and drugs not to mention fighting with his team mates if I remember rightly. With that sort of history why ever Hughes pursued trouble with a CAPITAL T, only Hughes will know.
People talk about loaning him out to the Championship or lower level but who in their right mind would risk taking him on and paying out even a fraction of his wages? I reckon unless there’s a miracle, Saido is finished and we’ve poured £12m down the drain.

Stand in, not on the pitch, but in the drive to the club from his home I mean. Mind you a 'stand in' on the pitch might have proved more satisfactory...
