I know how fucking depressing it is at the moment, but all we can do now is get behind the lads and the (eventual) new manager (and Pray!). If we stay up, which we all want, I will be absolutely delighted, but if we don't, as devastating as it will be, it wont be the end of the world - more football for our money, every game will be competitive and we will still have our favourite players, away days, our dreams, and most importantly, our club.
who cares what the football snobs, the press or plastic fans who will never really feel the emotions of TRUE football fans think. WE ARE STOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and NO-ONE can take that away from us, whether we are in the premier league or the Staffordshire FA division 5.
I love this club, and as heart-breaking as relegation would be, I would still wait in excited anticipation for the day the fixtures come out, drown my sorrows when we get smashed (whether its by Spurs or the fucking Vale) and live in hope that the great days will return, whether its tomorrow or never again.
GOARNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN STOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If we'd have appointed Quique, everyone would have been on board, all pulling in the same direction. A genuinely exciting appointment.
Paul Lambert? I've lost all interest in Stoke if that happens. I won't be the only one either.

When are we marching from the old ground to the new ground or storming the directors box?

When are we marching from the old ground to the new ground or storming the directors box? None of that. We are simply just going to light a few candles that's all. Maybe sing a few Oasis songs.

A call to arms to protest the Board. Count me out Agree mate - for all of Coatesys faults, hes been prepared to put his own money on the line, and he must have huge fucking bollocks to have been prepared to come back to this club in 2006 after how it all ended the first time. And, lets not forget, he has overseen (along with both TP and Sparky) some of the greatest days in our clubs history - promotion, the cup final, Europe, 6-FUCKING-1, and 3 years of being a genuine top 10 premier league outfit. The bloke is not infallible, and some of his rationale utterly perplexes me at times, but he breathed life back into our club when, if he didn't, we could well be trawling around in league 2, if not worse...

Call to arms is actually dangerous it encourages the what’s the problem mentality , right now the incompetence of the architects of our downfall is being exposed hour by hour , given there is no ughes to stand out front , Huddersfield offers the opportunity to drive home the discontent without the patsy to shield them , they will desperately want someone in by then and a crass statement to say what a fine appointment it is l
No unity is required just a poisonous toxic atmosphere directed solely at scholes and Cartwright .if we aren’t to get that metaphorical execution in front of the boothen end next week , let’s do everything possible to force the families hand to bring the axe down on those who have bought us to our knees by their incompetence , arrogance and complacency
The only unity required is against the enemy within

Having watched Stoke since 1960 I have noticed one thing has always been consistent about managerial appointments - no matter how popular or unpopular the appointee is beforehand no-one knows how successful they will be until they are in post and prove it one way or the other! So doom mongers beware, whoever becomes are new manager could well be the best one possible, we just don’t know it yet! Be loyal, be proud, be Stoke!
