Have they actually said how many pay on the gate spaces there are? Good question you just beat me to it. what would happen if thousands of us turn up expecting a pay at the gate ticket.? I am undecided at the mo but could suddenly decide to go at the last miniute. |

If it makes you feel any better he's probably on more than 60 k Tbh he didn't deserve anymore than 5p for his shocker at Newcastle. in fact it wasn't even shocking it was embarrassing. As Coventry are desperate for whatever revenue they can get their hands on I’m assuming it’ll be a flexible number. The last update suggested a total attendance of around 8,500 so given the total capacity is 32,000 I’m guessing you won’t be turned away in a hurry. |

Well I was going to take my other half to this game. She has heard me chirping on about Stoke away days for years. She's a Brummie by birth, and hasn't been to a football match for over forty years. I've been saying that this game is going to be brill. Great atmosphere etc. She had a bad experience at a match forty years ago when she went with her brother.
I think that I might give this one a miss. I'm not going to pay a penny to stand with idiots that have briefly emigrated from their respective villages.

We've supported them massively through the last set of 10 games and its not made a blind bit of difference. I can not believe you think the crowd got behind the team on Monday. All we heard were the Geordies throughout. The loudest was in the last 10 Minutes when the Geordies started singing 'you are getting sacked in the morning!' |

That's the spirit lads, Stoke's finest True supporters. I've been to every home game this season and six away games including Man City & Spurs. I'll be at the Ricoh on Saturday. Most Stoke fans will be singing Time to Go should we lose because we care about the club and we want change. Do you not understand that? Doing nothing when you're in the shit means you couldn't care less. Do it after the game then. People saying they're going to do it from the first whistle, its embarrassing. The owners know that the fans are not behind Hughes. The best thing to do during the game is just get behind those on the pitch, any shit you have with the manager can wait until afterwards. |

The Greyhound Inn is a decent boozer, the foods good and as long as it's not pissing it down and you're wrapped up warm there's a massive seating area outside next to the canal. The Old Crown as well is good for food although gets rammed in there as it's not as big. Both are slightly further to walk to the stadium but far better then the ones close by to The Ricoh.... |

Anyone baying for Hughes's blood assumes they know for certain that changing the manager is a better option than sticking. The fact is no-one knows the outcome. However it is a cast iron certainty that booing Hughes will demotivate the team. Hughes won't take the team down. The "fans" who think they know best will. |
