Im not particuley a 'hughes in' but i dont want him out without a genuine class option either (there arn't any atm) and even that takes time

Berahino up front
Do some serious fitness work
Bring pace into the side in Jan along with some grit
Get in a proper coach not your mates
Practice set pieces
