Got 0-0 written all over it this game has! anything but a win puts even more pressure on hughes, then onto old trafford where if the other results go against us we could be a few points adrift before even playing! If we draw 0-0 we'll go to Old Trafford before anyone else kicks a ball......

Be surprised if they all manage to get on the bus. In any case, it's a nailed on defeat, "I always go out strong in the cups so this is a massive disappointment. Given that we had over 80% of the play, we deserved to get at least a draw," says Hughes in the post-game interview, fueling speculation that his job continues to be in jeopardy. It's not like we've not seen it all before . . . like Morecambe and Wise Xmas re-runs. They score early on after (name that player) trips over his laces, after which we huff and puff and enjoy close to 100% possession without ever managing to get a shot off, when, like a miracle, after our 13th corner, it hits one of theirs and rolls tantalizing over the line. It looks like it's going to end in a tie, it looks that way, that is, to anyone who doesn't watch Stoke on a regular basis, but, lordy, lordy, they score again with one minute to go, with the whole of our defence stood around waiting for the ref to whistle off-side.
Mark my words!

If we lose will Hughes get sent to Coventry?
My plan is to change shirts before the game so the lads in red and white get a shot on target^

How slim is the chance of this being streamed/on tv?
Could be a Radio Stoke game for me.

Good article. Somewhere along the way of Coventry's dreary recent past there's probably a manager or two (or more) that they should have kept faith with instead of being trigger happy. Which could also be said about a lot of other clubs in the lower reaches of the national game. It's for the board to decide whether we are to join them. Going to Coventry (I'm not) could very well paint a future picture of our club 5-10 years down the line.

They have sold 12,000 home tickets Have to say I'm really surprised by that, was expecting a crowd way below 10000 Their average gate this season is around 7,400? So a decent effort from them

Edwards Zouma Cameron Tymon
Diouf Allen Adam Sohbi
EMCM Berahino
Is what I would like to see. Don't think there's a chance that will happen mind, he'll go with 3 in midfield

With the current dire performances, poor form, uncertainty about Hughes, and Cov fancying a giant killing I reckon it'll be 2-1 to Cov.

Would be a change to win, would be good to do it with a clean sheet, would be even better for them to get a big win.
But, honestly, I have absolutely no enthusiasm for this match, simply because we will get absolutely nowhere in this competition with the deluded individual we have at the helm.
And I used to absolutely love the FA cup.

According to Google maps the m6 south of Coventry is closed in both directions. For those travelling from down south.

So I take it you don't know anything about what happened to Coventry this last decade or so including them not even being able to play in their own stadium for a good while

Hope all you guys and girls travelling to the match have a good day, but for me I have zero interest in this game or the United one for that matter. I have no motivation to give a fuk about a game that is simply not a priority to us. If a new manager had been in charge he could have experimented, if we win now Hughes will be wanking himself off and Coates will poke out of his shell to have a pop at the fans. If we lose it’s just another pointless load of tripe we get to discuss. It’s all a distraction from the real issues surrounding the board, the manager and cluster fuk of a transfer window we are about to embark on - AGAIN!

It's hard to predict anything other than a cup upset here, despite the difference in league positions between the two sides. Cov are a home side in some reasonable form and we are a team in free fall with a manager one defeat away from the sack. Upset, yes. Shock? Not so much.
