To be honest thats not a shock result we have been shit for 18 months & thats about our level. The club needs major surgery & not just the manager & players. It needs to start right at the top right through to the tea lady we have stagnated at alarming rate all overseen by Coates. Times up Pete move over for a younger man with fresh ideas & approach.

How dare you insult the tea lady?? She’s done a cracking job for donkeys under the most stressful of circumstance. The manager doesn’t know if he wants skimmed or semi, two lumps or one, Yorkshire or Tetley! Save the tea lady I say!

Best result for our prem survival. Only if Hughes is sacked after this game will it be the best result. Erm... yea... that’s kind of what you’d expect in the long list of shit we’ve endured this last 12/18 months.... If he stays then Coates loses my support completely

She has years of experience, better than what we can attract in the market at the moment. The problem is that she isn’t able to buy in what she needs. Scholes keeps buying the special edition tea on offer after Cartwright sourced it from Lidl... it’s pretty expensive but it’s rubbish! The tea lady wanted Yorkshire tea but has no control.

Off the Beeb
Posted at 17:20 Coventry 2-1 Stoke Mark Hughes says that 'we have disappointed ourselves and our fans."
The Stoke manager is under some heat at the moment.
Full reaction to come.

Hellu!
We'll be just fine with a couple of wins vs Hudds and Watford, possibly also vs out-of-form Bmouth.
With or without Hughes? I don't know.

I have been saying we are only 1 win off 12th for a while now. However if we can’t beat Coventry what hope do we have against Prem league teams. Unfortunately we are looking like Sunderland of last year and look where they are now.

Not one of the better days at the office, but a cup loss is hardly a sackable offence. Though Hughes' time is short now. On a wind up? I'm just offering my opinion. I know I'm of a minority.

Not one of the better days at the office, but a cup loss is hardly a sackable offence. Though Hughes' time is short now. He needs more time good group, he is the man to turn this around clearly, not his fault the players he bought here are actually in the main dog shit that is all down to Carthorse, harsh to sack him after losing to a fourth division team. It certainly doesn't weigh in his favour, but if the board genuinely think he is a good manager, it's not this shitty game in itself that's going to cost him the job.
