I know what u mean about the bad feeling BB. Same here in Thailand, Bangkok Police just raised the alert level, so this year staying local, huge beer bar complex, will be packed, looking forward to it, last 3 or 4 years have been in Bangkok.

Never thought I’d have been bothered by it mate to be honest but some reason this time I am.. possibly because everyone I’ve spoken to has said “ohh I wouldn’t go there” or “be carful” instead of the usual that will be good.

An event that holds no special significance to me . And the false "loved up" shite that seems to appears at midnight with either complete strangers, or even worse, people you don't actually like! That's what annoys me about it.

It was like World War Three around Deeside Towers at midnight with all the fireworks being let off. Then at about 10 past midnight it all stopped and it seems like everyone took a vow of silence and there's not been a sound since then.

Cheers and to you as well. I think I might try the Bahamas next year. 😃 I lived there for 2 years . Great times 😀 You've convinced me. Just had to endure 3 hours in near blind pouring rain to get home. Miserable isn't the word, never mind Stoke will cheer me up by winning today. 😊
