Cost Leicester £25m and hasn't scored all season, imagine the shit Hughes would be getting if we'd signed him

Yeah but he's still only 21 and with us in 17th place and Leicester in 8th and the chance to play with the likes of Vardy and Mahrez he wouldn't jump ship and join us in a million years !

Shows how much even average strikers cost when buying from Premier League clubs. He's still young who knows which way his career will go. Re Berahino yes he's been a flop but we paid relative peanuts for him.

If the other team members are scoring and the team are under no pressure then the stick would not be forth coming from any quarter...or at least not much stick anyways. Nah, the pressure is self inflicted and more intense at Stoke because our failures are surrounded by team members who have no guidance or leadership to formulate a team winning strategy to reduce that pressure on under performing co-players

Leicester spent about 53M on Iheanacho and Slimani for very little return. It's not just Stoke who have problems in the transfer market.

Its the problem when you buy fringe players from big teams
Just so happens that when you're being handed chances on a plate by very very good players you look better than you actually are
Then when you're in a team with average players you come crashing down to earth

There is a massive premium attached to fringe players from the so-called big 6 global brand clubs. They know it and it is part of their business model, particularly for Man City and Chelsea We got well and truly caught out by this on Wimmer. I don't actually think Zouma is as good as he's been hyped up by Chelsea. Don't get me wrong he'd be really good for us but from what I've seem of him so far he's got no chance of being a long term fixture in the Chelsea team. They'll end up selling him at a vastly inflated price. Like I said, it's part of their business model.
