Stoke will be fine and will end up mid table. Seems to be the opinion of a lot of opposition supporters that we’ll be ok. I’m afraid that’s because they don’t see us for 90 minutes each week. I hope you’re right mate because my trips to Burnley are always a good day out

Still think Huddersfield will do well to stay up - score first and you will beat them at home. Swansea & WBA still look in worse trouble than Stoke.
Even better would be for Eddie Howe and Bournemouth to finish 18th.

Southampton are as bad as anyone but now have a big transfer pot.

I’d take 17th but I honestly think we will be higher than that 👍

Survival the main aim
It won’t be easy, but is achievable with one or two suitable additions, correct formation and attitude

17th and another season in the PL yes. Don't want to have to go to swansea and need something

I'd cut off Cartwrights right hand with a piece of peperoni pizza still attached to it for 17th

Yep 17th is more than OK with me. Could see the season going to the wire with the Palace and Swansea games being tense and nervous affairs to say the least.

And even that's showing more ambition than the management or owners. Gouranga. Absolutely. That’s the aim isn’t it? Or is this a cryptic question?

If this lot stay up it will be a miracle to be honest. I know we are still well capable points wise of doing it and are hardly totally in the shit. I'm putting all my hope in the new manager effect but the players need to give their fucking heads a wobble too. I'd snap yer hand off to finish above that line right now.

No. I want Stoke higher than 17th. Remember Leicester a few years ago? I don’t want us to just stay up, I want us to turn heads

This season? Yep 100%.
But next season expect a much more solid performance. 7th is there for the taking in this “league of two leagues”....

Stoke will be fine and will end up mid table. Based on what?

It'd mean we'd definitely lose Shaqiri and Butland. Likely some others too. I'd be very worried for next season if we can't force our way up to at least 12th. Might not be the worse thing, depends how much we get and who replaces them?
