Big bust up after the Swansea game with Hughes, after he didn't put him on as a substitute apparently. Paper talk this morning!

It doesn't sound like much of a bust-up to be fair!

After his cameo v Liverpool on the Wednesday evening, he was lucky to find himself on the bench at all in my opinion.

The bizarre treatment of Diouf The repeated playing of an unfit Berahino, only to drop him after a summer of fitness work. Now this.
You just have to applaud man management skills like that.

it was cringeworthy at the time and it looks even more so now. Whoever sanctioned the release of that should have been sacked immediately.

Whilst I agree with comments on Diouf and to a lesser extent on Berahino, at the end of the day, the player has to give the manager reason to include him. Jese and arguably Berahino, have done no such thing. Jese's half arsed cameo v Liverpool had me furious and venting my spleen at him for a good 20 seconds or so whilst his performance at Man City would have had me looking to ship him back from where he came almost immediately. If we are going to criticise Hughes re Jese and Berahino, the criticism should probably be that we signed them in the first place.

There have been too many signings like these. It begs the question, is it the players or is Hughes a stubborn, awkward fucker?

I can't disagree with a lot of that but equally, it's a bit of a coincidence isn't it? Joselu was supposedly a bit of a bad egg, Bony was "idle", Bojan got frustrated etc Who or what is the common link?

I’d terminate his loan in all honesty, this was a case of a name being available and Hughes spunking his shorts at the prospect of it, injuries have wrecked him, sadly.

For me we are wasting far too much money players who are turning out to offer way too little into the bargain, Imbula & Berahanio were in a club like Stokes terms big money & big contracts terms expensive, which are now looking to be lame ducks. I am sure Jese, although a loan would still be on big wages and seems to be heading in a similar direction. If I were Coates I would be spitting feathers

Much prefer us to sign up and coming players than go for this type of deal. I don't like loan deals full stop.

I sit in the main stand and when the third sub went on he just walked off to the dressing room , hardly the right thing to do in such a big game , its signing these players with wank attitudes that gets teams in trouble Id send him back to PSG in January if possible ,

FFS some people on here are unbelievable, the guy has hardly been given a chance lately (same as Saido to a lesser degree) he's probably been worried shitless about his premature new-born baby but now he's back and by the look of things desperately wants to play and show off his undeniable talent, we're hardly brimming with creativity or flair then Shobi and Affelay get on the pitch ahead of him. Wouldn't you be pissed off? As for his cameo v Liverpool he made Mignolet make his first proper save of the match when he came on. The guy has obvious class but like a few of our recent signing under Hughes he'll never be able to display them whilst keeping his arse warm on the bench. Gouranga.

Complete waste of a loan player and another stick in a long list to beat the manager with.
I said at the time of his signing "When will Hughes learn" and it seems that he isn't going to.
Hughes out.
