Lampard during our first few seasons after promotion just looked like he was from another planet compared to our midfielders - completely controlled the game and made everything look so easy.
As much as I can’t stand the little acrote, Suarez was always great to watch. His movement off the ball was fantastic.
More recently, Ali, De Bruyne, Willian and Kante.

Of recent it may come as a surprise but I love watching Yannick Bolaise. Always enjoyed Scholes and Giggs too.

Yeah, I don't think I ever properly appreciated what a tremendous footballer Lampard was til I saw him at the Brit. Aguero is different class too.

I have to say that despite their diving etc that Suarez and Drogba were the 2 most impressive opposition players I have seen playing against us in recent years. Constant and highly intelligent movement when their teams were attacking and continually trying to close down when we had the ball. Both have a phenomenal will to win.

I still think Berbatov was technically the best footballer I've ever seen play against us.
His touch at times didn't seem human.

Hate to say it Suarez sticks in my mind = just seemed to know what would happen next.
Willan doesn't seem to get the recognition he deserves and Van Dijk always looks calm and collected against us.
As to stand out individual performances I remember Stuart Pearce playing for a very poor Forest team beating us virtually single handedly through sheer will rather than footballing ability.

Trevor Francis. Serious footballer. Some years ago though Glen Hoddle was imperious at The Vic years ago. Absolutely everything Spurs did went through him. Ian Rush was class, too.
