For the first time during his tenure i agree, lost all confidence in him now.Regarding his replacement,i would go massive for Big Sam.Either way Sparky's reign should now be ended.

Allardyce if he can be persuaded, but I'm not the one paid to know potential replacements.

I wish he'd just fuck off he's been shite for almost 2 seasons now, clueless and the personality of a newt, doesn't know his best team formation and is a tactical dinosaur. Gouranga.

I just can't envisage things improving under Hughes. It's completely stale. I was on the fence, I'm not anymore.

Hughes has got go...Please Fair enough then. To be replaced by who? You're right, there's a manager drought sweeping Europe. There are entire leagues running without managers out there.

I get it. I feel the same.
But there really is nowt out there.....
Although if I had to chose someone, had to or my balls were chewed by a starving prairie dog, I would take a punt at Graham Potter.
I just don't see who could come in for us in all honesty.

I hate admitting this, but it wouldn't bother me all that much if a certain someone were to be out of a job sooner than later.

Long shot but if the new Newcastle owners want to bring in there own man then maybe Rafa can be lured? Why would he join a penny-pinching unit like us when he was moaning about lack of backing at Newcastle?

I wouldn't say no to Big Sam.
But I definitely think we'd be looking at a foreign punt or a Championship punt if Allardyce didn't fancy it.
I'm almost sure no Premier League manager would jump ship for a club like us.
Can't see Dyche ,for example, leaving Burnley for anything less than an Everton-type as there's nothing in it for him.
Moyes would probably get a mention at Bet 365 HQ, but ultimately I don't think Coates could really go through with it.
Has Michael O'Neill done enough? Probably not.
Coleman? No thanks.
Has anyone put together a compelling CV in the Championship? I'm struggling to name one.
Is there someone at a mid-ranking French/Spanish/German team we could realistically attract? And would Coates appoint one with no English experience (I think we kind of know the answer to that one)

If he is to go, and I'm not sure that he is, we should push the boat out to get Dyche. He might fancy a building project with patient owners and is the best we could do by a long way.
I wonder if Bielsa could be tempted from abroad for half a season of lunacy...

There's no decent managers out there???
Just look at Vale; plummeting into oblivion and now Aspin has gone and turned them into world beaters within a two week spell.
There must be managers out there...PLEASE!!!

I've shown patience with Hughes for a long time. Maybe too much patience for too much time. However, the day's now come when Denise needs to open the dildo drawer.
It was only fair to allow you one bad season, Les- you deserved a summer transfer window to sort your own mess out. You didn't sort it though, you did the football equivalent of trying to cover up poo by treading on it, and in the process have ended up smearing your own excrement across a much wider area. In fact, not only have you spread it, you've created a 100 foot wide Jackson Pollock-style tribute of steaming filth that spells out RELEGATION in huge brown letters.
Thanks for the memories, Mr Hughes. Three 9th places was great, but this has gone on too long now and you clearly don't know how to fix it. I mean this with a sense of warmth and gratitude for some excellent performances earlier on in your tenure, but you do need to fuck off now.
Denise will be meet you in the chairman's office with a 12-inch strap on and an axe.
HUGHES OUT. (AXE! AXE! AXE!)

The annoying thing is that this was all preventable. Anyone thinking that we'd suddenly come good this year after 1.5 seasons of steady regression doesn't read character we'll. All the things that were seeing now are similar to why he got sacked at QPR. No fixed system, bizarre formations and tactics, poor signings, not enough personality to motivate.
He's got to go. Nothing will change.

It's not incumbent on fans to have the replacements sorted/figured out.

I'd go for Allardyce first, Dyche second, O'Neill as a probably more realistic third.

Hughes has got go...Please Fair enough then. To be replaced by who? Ancelotti Mancini Dyche Allardyce Enrique Wagner Hiddink Howe Van Gaal Laudrup There just has to be a manager out there that can get more than 3 good performances a season out of the current squad. Gouranga.

I wonder if Bielsa could be tempted from abroad for half a season of lunacy... Dyche has already got a building project hasn't he mate? And he's constructing it lego like. I don't think he would leave there to come here in all honesty. As someone else said, it would be someone like Everton for him now.
