Wolly isn't needed. We don't need to replace what we don't need. So we're going to have 3 centre halves all season? No. I think the CBs will be Zouma, Shawcross, BMI, Cameron and Pieters. I think we'll sign a left back/left wing back.

I'd rather have my nan at the back. And she's a pile of dust in a fucking vase. Incest!

Pieters will not be used as a CB the cover will be Johnson who played in the 3 last year, Cameron plus either Wolly or a new signing presuming Muni departs as predicted. In that situation if Wolly also goes Onuoha seems a well priced signing for that third cover spot

I think Wolly may stay though anyway. We'll be lucky if anyone wants him. Onuoha is poor though, we shouldn't be touching him with a bargepole.

We need a rock the city 15/17 a season goalscorer cos at the moment I can see us being one of the lowest scoring sides.

If the club needs to guarantee relegation, he's the sort of player you pursue. Big cumbersome clod hopper right out of the Paul Williams school of uselessness.

This is a good opportunity to get rid of Wolly by including him in the deal as a (very light) makeweight!

As long as Wolly doesn't fall out with teammates / the management than I think we should keep him.

It always amazes me that so many of the negative idiots on this site are able to form an opinion of this player that is so negative yet I believe the only time this player has been in their conscience is after this piece of news was announced. This player appears to me that he has been a survivor at QPR. He appears one of the positives that have emerged from the QPR mire and if he was signed should be given time to prove his worth!

Surely if he was any good then he wouldn't be playing in a mid table championship side? No thank you. Give me Wolly any day of the week.

My Man City season ticket holding mate calls him 'Nervy Nedum' - that's all I need to form my opinion of him.

Can't be anything in it. Why would we send sweeney out on loan then bring in nedum, who has proven before he isn't good enough at this level

The Mirror. HITC. Clubcall.
I can see why people are getting worried over this one.

Can't believe he is 30, don't seem long ago he was playing for England u21, and I'm sure he played right back then, so on that basis OK as cover.
