I never get the love for this scene. There are lots more better ones imo The watch Vot is your name Poker cwying The whole batman scene including the funeral is probably the funniest scene they ever did

Brilliant but disturbing. No way on earth, would they make this today. I am just reading a book about Fred and Rose West. Many similarities between the two stories. Frightening, depraved people.

This was made in 1979 (I think), so I suspect it was made with the Moors Murderers in mind. It's great television, but I feel bad watching it, in so much as you're consuming it as entertainment.

I never get the love for this scene. There are lots more better ones imo The watch Vot is your name Poker cwying The whole batman scene including the funeral is probably the funniest scene they ever did totally agree, I think a lot of the humour isn't Del falling its the reaction of trigger, I think the whole diamond smuggling episode (to Hull & Back) is utterly genius, so many little sub plots like Denzil's breakdown and Uncle Albert bringing no clothes, fantastic

I went to Southport flower show with the missus on Sunday and on one of the stands Boycie was there flogging and signing his book/s. Not many people seemed to be buying them though.
