I wonder how long it'll be in his interviee said 'move onto the next one'- as if it never happened. How many 4- fucking 0's before someone takes responsibility. It's got to be some sort of record the amount we've acruedl.
This season has been a farce.

Just two 4-0s I think. Although we've conceded four goals 622 times this season which isn't ideal.

The only reason its 4-0 is because spurs went down about 4 gears second half, not because we improved.

It's the lack of competitiveness in certain games losing 2,3 & 4 goals, plus losing to wolves and hull in cups - it is being a poor season when we win we just scrape wins. So easily we could be in the bottom three

Shall we all stop the pedantic undertones in this thread.
I'm pretty sure we can all agree that the amount of times we are just rolling over and getting our arses spanked this season and towards the end of last season isn't good enough and that something has to change soon?
The way we capitulate far too often is fucking embarrassing and some of the defending is an absolute joke for a football team at this level. Mixed in with the fact that going forward we seem to have no clue whatsoever what it is we are trying to achieve by leaving the most immobile striker in this division totally isolated on a regular basis, then all you can say is that we are in a mess of the manager's own making.
How we have ended up here from where we were two seasons ago, under the same manager God only knows, but one thing is for sure it's Hughes' fault and it can't be long before it costs him his job.

Great that we got a consolation goal Without wishing to point out the obvious, the thread title says 4-0 then asks how many times. More than one person points out that we've lost 4-0 twice this season, both against the same team. You pipe up that it is many more than that when it actually isn't.

Spurs have murdered us twice. No complaints. We more gave Chelsea a fight that no one else has managed to do at Stamford bridge since they hit their amazing run of form. We were very much in the game v man city and were as likely to equalise as we were concede two late goals. Shit happens. Against Liverpool we beat ourselves. Palace was just pathetic.

There have been 6 4 goal beatings this season alone:
Citeh home Spurs home Spurs away Liverpool away Chelsea away Palace away
In Hughes' first season we had:
Everton away 4-0 Newcastle away 5-1 Liverpool home 5-3
second season:
Citeh home Blackburn away
third season:
Liverpool away Spurs home Citeh home
So all in all, 14 4+ goal beatings in 3 and a half seasons.
Good enough?
