All Vale's spare games (usually three) are all away from home! Ouch! And they've got a godawful away record. 1 win and 9 goals in 15 away games. Only 6 home games left and 3 of their last 4 games against teams currently in the top 4 Please let it be

Ive always thought that would be good for the city of Stoke-on-Trent and benefit both clubs. They are not and will NEVER be a rival again so why not use them as a feeder club? Im not anti-vale and have a lot of mates who still go to watch games. I would have liked to see this happen but im probably in a minority of 1

And I thought that but he does have a lot of say in the transfers, so it wouldn't surprise me if he just didn't want the players.

In Chinese philosophy, yin and yang describe how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another. Many tangible dualities (such as light and dark, fire and water, expanding and contracting) are thought of as physical manifestations of the duality symbolized by yin and yang. So in regards to the Vale its obvious that we need them to limp on and continue to ensure our continual 'good fortune' . The old fourth division is of course the correct place for them as is the old first division for us . In the 90's that stability was upset with obvious disastrous results. What we are now slowly seeing is the balance correcting itself Crewe on the other hand are that annoying floater that won't flush away despite the use of a brush and multiple handle pulls. Although given their current form and last nights result (plus lack of impressionable young players in the shower 'allegedly') they might just finally disappear GD

Perhaps, the Chinese were onto someat? Crewe, as you rightly point out, are the direct result of a chinese?!

Wow....... that is unbelievable! Is that really Smurfwaite? You'd have thought he would be above reproach and not doing that.... totally unprofessional! Can you ever imagine Peter Coates doing that?
I remember Phil Rawlins on the Oatcake years ago and one or two other staff/players, but that was very, very rare.

I'd rather they made it to the Prem so we could have proper derbies again. Plus, they're a local side with local fans so I don't want to see them fall into oblivion. take it you werent around in the early 90,s when we were struggling in the 3rd div and vale were actually higher than us playing in the 2nd div[they can call it the championship or league 1 but it has never been division one!!]the utter bollox we heard from the boslemites really cut to the bone.i remember the shit that came our way aided and abetted by the local media sentivale, bbc radio stoke. as far as i am concerned you made your bed and now you can lie in it. anybody wonder why stoke havent loaned some players to vale ? its because peter coates remembers what vile cunts they were at the time. I wasn't alive myself back then but I have heard numerous stories from my nan and dad about them. Plus, my brother is a vale fan and it would be good to see them fuck off, purely because of the constant comments from him about our contrasting starts to the season and a potential meeting in the championship. I maintained it would not happen and he has finally come to the realisation it won't

I remember Phil Rawlins on the Oatcake years ago and one or two other staff/players, but that was very, very rare. Coates on here would be brilliant after half an hour he would be sat in front of his computer going "wibble". Imagine the carnage mono would be sending death threats to scholes ,benji would be describing the gravity crocodile as a constant equation in Swahili but typing in English,Bayern would be sending direct messages of his football manager seasons past explaining why everyone else is wrong and he should be managing Stoke England and bet365. Then finally the general would be offering him out by stans statue wearing nothing but a smoking jacket and pit boots and bojan mackay fishes for bojans address while packing a bag containing whips clips dips a guide to space docking several cameras and a bag of quicklime. What you have to remember there is that they are the average posters wait till the real loons chipped in.

In a post on the OVF forum the chairman commented: “Vale Park in 2015 was valued at £9m [and] the rent from the Vale Park Enterprise Centre alone is circa £90,000 per annum.” In an additional reply he clarified that “the Vale Park valuation was as a stadium the land value for houses etc was less.” Vale Park ValuationI'm quite surprised the value is as high as that. The £90,000 pa 'alone' for the Enterprise Centre sounds a lot but it only amounts to 1% of this alleged valuation of the whole complex. Anyone know what what the Bet365 is worth as a stadium? Mr. Coates bought the full ownership from the Council but I don't remember him paying a huge sum of money for that.
