Like it or lump it he's the leader of the free world and our closest friend as such I welcome him. He is no worse than any number of wankers in the HoC or HoL.

I have more time for Trump than I have for most of our lot. Virtue signalling cunts. The irony, of course, is that huge swathes of Labour heartlands would love a leader who stood up for Britain & the British people like The Don does for America.

Instead they have idiots like Lammy, Thornberry and Cooper preaching to them. Corbyn has made himself look small over this. He has had dinner with far worse than Trump. As far as I know, Trump hasn't murdered British citizens.

How could he possibly be prime minister? He can't and won't any "normal" person knows he is 100% unelectable.

How could he possibly be prime minister? His only chance is May being as consistently shite as she is and her campaign team losing the plot on social care dementia tax again.

How could he possibly be prime minister? A re-aligning of the 'special relationship' might be in order - we don't always have to be someone's lapdog. It's only really 'special' for the US and will be even more special if they get their way by getting their hands on our NHS which is what they're eyeing up in a post-Brexit trade deal. A bit of resistence is no bad thing.

As you yourself said, Trump is a man who looks out for the US interests - and it is in their interest to target the NHS in a trade deal. They've long had their eyes on it, so why the hell wouldn't they?

Amazing which bits you choose to believe & which you don't. Anyway, we're not leaving so you don't have to worry about the US making us pay for the NHS or flooding our country with chlorinated chicken.

Amazing which bits you choose to believe & which you don't. Anyway, we're not leaving so you don't have to worry about the US making us pay for the NHS or flooding our country with chlorinated chicken. I haven't denied the EU has their eye on an army. And the issue with Turkey is that they're nowhere near joining the EU, whether they want to or not. Anyway, here's the propaganda from the horse's mouth: Alex Azar, the US Health and Human Services Secretary, has said Washington will use its muscle to push up drug prices abroad, to lower the cost paid by patients in the United States. "On the foreign side, we need to, through our trade negotiations and agreements, pressure them," Azar said on CNBC. "And so we pay less, they pay more. It shouldn't be a one-way ratchet. We all have some skin in this game." He continued: "The reason why they are getting better net prices than we get is their socialised system." www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/05/15/trump-threatens-use-us-trade-talks-force-nhs-pay-drugs/
