I suppose you can always say we took our foot off the gas and didn't even have to break sweat and even then they didn't come close to scoring And the fact that apart from wolves, they are the worst side we've ever played in the premier league I think we've played three worse sides this season.

I like Dyche but was disappointed with his team yesterday. I know they haven't the resources but all they did was hoof it to Barnes. No attempt to play football at all and while I know that will get some on here excited, I think it's pretty poor. I expected a bit more tbh.
And where was Defour?

We are shit at gamesmanship and have been for years. We predominantly don't spen ages rolling on the floor and gratuitous time wasting.
I would imagine somthing had happened or said on that pitch to piss Charlie off and he thought sod it. Take a throwin.
The amount of times we've had attacks break down due to this type of nonsense is beyond.

Other than Munis pull back (which in his day was called 'taking one for the team') I can't remember there being any obvious. Why would we? We were by far the better team.

I thought Clattenburg was good so not sure what he is complaining about. Best ref in the league by a mile, the way he talks to players is very impressive also. He was great in the first half but I thought he lost the plot a bit in the second 45.

So Grey wasn't pulling Muniesa's shirt either?50:50 and after seeing a much more blatant prevention of a goal scoring opportunity in the Man C. V Chelsea game, where a foul wasn't even given, Dyche should shut up his moaning. He isn't a good manager - he seems to have learned nothing from his previous 12 months in the division other than to moan much more than last time .

I watched it back, and they each had a huge handful of one another's shirts. The foul occurred 10 yards outside the box, their player was being that badly fouled, that he managed to get all the way into the box, before deciding that he couldn't possibly progress any longer, and fell. I'm not even convinced Muni did much more than their player did. So Dyche can do one.

I noticed Delboy Ali diving again for Totspuds and the ref fell for it!

BMI got a proper elbow in the face yesterday and he was up faster than some of the Bouremouth fairies than were barely touched a few weeks ago.
Gamesmanship me bollocks

Let's go back to the Bournemouth game eh? The worst case of gamesmanship that I've seen in years!

Let's go back to the Bournemouth game eh? The worst case of gamesmanship that I've seen in years! Oh Yes. Today when they scored their fourth and went one up with a few mins to go I noticed one of their guys go over and roll around like he had been struck like a thunderbolt. The Referee ignored him and the game carried on. He suddenly jumped up and carried on running as if nothing had happened. Disgraceful cheats. Now third in my hate list after Arsenal, And W Brom.

I thought it was funny when Charlie booted the ball out of play as opposed to kicking it back to their keeper after a restart in the first half. This in turn led to 2 incidents in the 2nd half where Burnley players returned the favour. Why is it funny? I'll tell you why as you asked so nicely... Because when you're 2 goals down you want to get the game restarted asap so therefore it's unwise to kick the bloody ball out so we can take our time retrieving it and then take our time throwing it in. More brains in a pork pie. funny it was but I actually think Charlie fucked it up and intended to kick it back to the keeper. Charlies passing wasn't top notch yesterday

Plenty of moaning from my Burnley supporting ex colleague about our 'diving'. Can't say I thought we went down easy on more than one or two occasions. But when they come steaming in, go in arms and elbows or kick our wide men up in the air, what did they really expect?!

I don't think as a team we are good at gamesmanship
But as an individual charlie Adam is the best :-)
My favourite Adam trick is the way, when he has bad first touch or loses control of the ball in the middle of the park, he dives on the ball and claims a free kick :-)
That's genius!

Am I missing something here ? I was not happy with what Charlie did and said so at the time. However, they had a throw deep in their half. Muni than broke up play just outside our penalty area, and a three man move right up the pitch resulted in us scoring.......and the problem is?
It was interesting that they did it twice in the second half, understandably maybe, but pot and kettle! Also, arsehole Barnes knew Indi had been caught, didn't see him trying to stop play when a fellow professional is down with a head injury. Charlie got clattered twice and went down, Mame was also clattered and went down, no issue for me there. So this gamesmanship thing is down to a couple of cheap fouls we got and the keeper taking too much time (which pisses us all off and refs never do anything about it early enough if at all). Burnley were shocking a couple of seasons ago so clearly no angels. Barnes jumped at people all day, again we commented about this a few times before the Indi incident, of which their manager fails to comment on!
Bottom line was they were shit and got what they desrerved, pity we were so poor and negative second half as they were there for a spanking in my opinion, then there would be no case for their moaning

Saturday was yet further evidence that George Boyd is stealing a living as a professional footballer, he should be charged with fraud.
