A new week on the snack chart and little to challenge the order of things so far though the Smokey Doritos are bubbling under.
A disappointing foray into 'Premier Bar mix' of stale rice crackers and shit, attempted the wasabi snot balls within too. Disappointing. Had some lo fat chilli thin things from the co-op that like the Doritos would benefit from a complimentary dip.
I'm currently saving up for some Pringles. They might chart.

* Asda own large salted nuts (nice and hard!)
* Asda own ready salted potato chip sticks (thin crunchy ones not like old Smiths light but soggy ones)
* KP jalapeno nuts in crispy shell(green packet)
* KP tins of honey nuts (why do we only see these at Christmas time?)

Apologies for lacking on the snack chart up date. Been busy on the Kershaws cockle man campaign. Still operating around Milton at the wknd. Heard he won't come around our end since he got debagged. Basket in hand. Negotiations and assurances are afoot.
In the meantime, pub's sold out of the Pretzel pieces. A bit of a compromise.
1. Seabrooks sea salt and vinegar lattice big bag. 2. Cheese footballs 3. GW salt and vinegar stix 4. Bacon Fries 5. Any combination of the above

A disappointing lack of traffic on me snack chart. Every fucker's gone healthy.
So I've checked the votes kind of and the top five for 2016 in reverse order are:
Drum roll
5 Sainsburys mixed nuts- late seasonal entry but walnuts are good for the brain.
4 Co op seasonal cheese balls. Sublime best ate like a performing seal.
3 the humble black country scratchings - a tooth challenge that keeps you on the snack cutting edge.
2 Golden Wonder who have provided pound bag pleasure throughout the year crept in with the rather delightful Spicy Thai crinkle cuts.
And...
1 SNYDERS HOT JALAPENO PRETZEL PIECES. Snack revolution. Heat, crunch etc...
Happy snacking in 2017.

Latest attempt at something different over the last week, Home Bargains salted assorted snacks, don't go there. Quite a lot and quite cheap. I can see why.

Full size Cheddars or even Aldi copycats knock Ritz and Tuc into the long grass. Crackers should have a thread of their own. I don't understand Water Biscuits.

Not that I've tried of course.

They do not belong with cheese that's for sure and Jacobs should be charged with crimes against crackers!

Quavers are up. Jalapeno pretzel pieces after a particularly hot bag induced mild anaphlactic shock and food sweats are down.
Twiglets are in. Worcester Sauce Walkers still out and by far the worst in their range.
Walkers mix ups are near snack nirvana. Add a bag of scratchings and booom.

Glad this one's re-surfaced..... since we were all on it before I've discovered that Tesks now have salted cashews with black pepper added, too. Definitely a bit scrummy. It's murder trying to put the packet down once you've started on it. "Just a few more, just a few more......."

Following a recent blood pressure scare I've resolved to lose 4kg, so savoury snacks are off the menu. My current substitute is radishes and no salt. Grim.

OK then....scratchings in a clear bag sold in pubs with no brand name on them, the ones with hairs on the gristle. That's the ones with a bit of meat and an occasional piece that's as hard as diamond
