Harp lager.
In my days down south I worked as a rep for Greene King. They ripped out their brewery in Biggleswade to convert solely to the production of Harp. Bad move!. Only to knock the stuff into touch, and bulldoze the place. There now sits an Asda on the site. Much rather they kept the brewery, used to officially organise piss ups in it.

Don't Guinness produce Harp Lager ? They may well still do, I'm not sure. GK were obviously producing under licence. It was a nightmare to sell, no one wanted it at all. Our only other option to the trade was Kronenbourg.

Oranjeboom ......did that disappear with Van der Valk ? My local corner shop sells two types of Oranjeboom 5% and 8%. They taste like off paint thinner if that's a thing.

Ruddles. Often £1 a pint in Heaths in early 90's. 5 pints and a packet of Silk Cut then up to Chicos.

Double Diamond Worthington E Bass Special Lowenbrau Tenants lager Owd Roger Come to think of it I haven't seen Banks Bitter for years... OwdRodger is still available bottled but it's not a patch on what it used to be. Thin, slightly acrid and down to about 7%.

Oranjeboom ......did that disappear with Van der Valk ? Technically a lager, not a beer like someof the others. "Oranjeboom, Oranjeboom, it's a lager not a tune" as the ad went.
