My brother's just reminded me that we were there when we beat them at Utd 40 years ago. Wonderful. remember us leaping in the air, then looking around at a sea of ugly faces. Made it all worthwhile, though we left the ground cautiously...Anyone remember that match?

Liverpool and QPR were battling for the league title and the shit had a vague chance. Our win extinguished that chance.

It was bloody fantastic though!

It was bloody fantastic though! Been close a couple of times 2-1 with 9 mins to go - Sparkys 1st season ? And 1980 penned in behind the goal 2 up after 15 mins, Scary but great until bizarelly i think two future stoke managers scored Lou and Jordan ?
