Unfortunately I don't think old Trump is dead in the water yet, he should be, but he's not.

Doesn't that just prove the obvious? (The obvious is that Trump is a loon and prone to spouting jaw dropping comments).

A rather warped view of looking at what it means. Trump said some 'mean' words decades ago, Hillary's actions have cost thousands of lives. What is worse, someone saying something that might have hurt someones feelings, or someones actions leading to death & destruction?
It seems that the MSM, you, and our left wing friend who liked your post all think that 'feelings' are far more important than peoples lives. What sad times we live in.

Trump is a complete tool but he's marginally less in the pocket of the military industrial complex than Hillary so I don't object to him as much as many on the left do.
Hillary is a genuinely terrifying prospect who's been significantly doctored for mass consumption by the mainstream media - as TDC says above. Either way, they're both abysmal candidates and it's been a terrible dirge of a race. Not exactly a shining example of popular democracy in action.

I cant help thinking wikileaks are holding back the real clinton bombs until election week. Absolutely, but will they manage to detonate them widely enough throughout the American media to have an effect, I doubt it and as some have said they are both dreadful candidates neither of which should fill anybody with anything but dread.

My American uncle is a registered democrat and is voting for Hilary
I would try and have a discussion and hopefully point out the error of his ways but he's been dead since 1996

How insightful, straight from the George Dubbya Bush book of logic. I pass an opinion on why the media may be giving Trump's outrageous statements more airtime, and I call him a loon, and now I'm a Hillary supporting child and puppy killer!

Can't we just agree that neither should win and close down the United States for business for 4 years until they find 2 people actually worthy of running a country? Both are repulsive if you ask me.

To achieve what he's achieved in this campaign is miracoulous. Sixteen candidates for the Republican nomination including a Bush, no public backing from the party apart from Newt Gingrich, a media in Hillary's (and Clinton Foundation's pocket), Soros backing Clinton and no major corporate donors. Only a very clever campaigner could do that. The best since JFK.

I've been fascinated by the race so far and I don't know why...... because I haven't heard one - not ONE single well constructed, convincing game changing policy from EITHER camp.
A pair of kids in a playground springs to mind.
And these thick Americans lap it up !!!!!!
Fuckin hilarious stuff !!!!!!

I cant help thinking wikileaks are holding back the real clinton bombs until election week. That maybe too late...Do it now FFS and spare us this dreadful woman, and get that, err, Ummm, dreadful man elected... 35% of Americans 'vote early'. In fact, that figure could approach 50% in key, 'battleground states'. So any wikileaks revelation would be probably too late to elect Trump as Groper-in-Chief of America!

Doesn't that just prove the obvious? (The obvious is that Trump is a loon and prone to spouting jaw dropping comments). Trump's defence of tax dodging federal taxes was that he paid local and state taxes! Not true! He's dodged them too! Libraries are paid for by local taxes which Trump avoided paying! A wag has said, why should he pay for a library when he has never read a book in his life!

I don't think he sits well with the American "establishment" and they would welcome him being "removed" from office.

Trump has never had the backing of the GOP establishment, many of whom are up to the same shenanigans as Hillary. Some of the themes trotted out in the mainstream media to discredit Trump are pitiful. Comparisons with fascist dictators of the 20th century are not only misleading but patronise the public's intelligence and do a disservice to those who suffered or died.

Comparisons with fascist dictators of the 20th century are not only misleading but patronise the public's intelligence and do a disservice to those who suffered or died. The comparison is entirely appropriate and has been drawn by many commentators in America and abroad. Nobody is attempting to patronise anyone's intelligence. May I remind you that Mussolini was seen as the saviour of Italy for many years until it became fully apparent what fascism entailed! So, nobody should be under any illusion what support for the populist right wing means!

Racism & violence is perfectly acceptable so long as you're an SJW dishing it out to someone who dares to have a different opinion than you.
