who the one loss to. Please not west brom, arsenal or man utd. I guess hull at home that would make Hull have to win the league on goal difference

I think Allen was a a good addition to the squad and hopefully Hughes playes Diouf I think we will sign 2 more players a centre back and a forward 60+ and finish 7or6

Only the one positive paragraph? Anyone else surprised? I think you will find that it was 3 positive paragraphs and 2 negative - just saying I am generally a fair and positive person who's glass is half full, but am I pessimistic about the man in charge and our chances this season - most definitely. I cant help feeling that we are about to implode, but that maybe a condition that comes with being a supporter of Stoke for 45 years.

13th unlucky for some. Shit defence, still no goals, injury to arnautovic is all it takes. Even affelay is out

If we do not reinforce the team in what remains of this window I'd be happy just staying up
If ryan and Jack are injured for any length of time we will inevitably struggle
Loads of deadwood which we did not get rid of and not enough talent coming in
I'm excited with both Sobhi and Sweeney but these are long term investments
So only real addition is Allen whom I like quite a lot
However we need better cover for Jack, better cover / better partner for ryan and more firepower up front

You've got no faith in a Manager who's delivered three top ten finishes in his three seasons at the club, the first five windows having spent 10 million quid and last season crippling injuries including 1 of the best centre-halves and goalkeepers in the League? Who WOULD you have faith in? It's fucking head wobbling time on the eve of the season.

Impossible to say yet. I'd be happy with another top 10 finish and finally get our hands on that elusive silverware. Injuries hurt us bad us last year but the defeat to Liverpool on pens killed us. I think we genuinely believed we could have won the cup

He has delivered for the last 3 seasons and certainly has had awful luck with injuries and maybe deserves more respect and patience than some(and myself) are giving him. Defending in general last year is filling me with a little fear for this season though But in Hughes we trust then Lets take the fecking roof off at the Riverside tomoz and give Middleborough a premiership mauling COYMP
