He wasn't playing for Stoke but I remember us playing Barnsley, and Heinz Muller was in goal.
He made 3/4 unbelievable saves. I used to sit right behind the goal, and they all looked in - brilliant saves. The boothen clapped him off at half time.

Banks's penalty save from Geoff Hurst's penalty. Up there with any others but the significance of it had us going to Wembley

Thought perhaps the strikers have had enough attention and the goalies should have their turn.. Can include goal line clearances too, headers off the line...
Im probably tinging this with nostalgia but for me its still Peter Fox's incredible double save in the Div 2 Championship clincher against Plymouth back in 1993, think he saved a downward header and then the follow up at close range from the same player if I remember it right?? I've said it before on here, but I missed Foxy's save because from where I was sitting, their forward had an open goal and Fox was nowhere near enough to do anything about it. So I just sat back in my seat and shut my eyes in desperation that we'd chucked the lead away. Then I heard a roar and when I looked up, the ball was heading out for a throw in. Still don't know what the fuck happened.

He came for every ball, didnt miss a thing, great performance
I think he made another good save in that game, a deflected shot that he saved with his foot or something; everyone thought it was going in but he dealt with it fine.
Good keeper, probably overlooked when we think back on good keepers; certainly shone that famous night in 1993

It was a horrible game to watch. Felt like we were being battered at times. The enormity of it seemed to have got to our players. I was too drained to really celebrate at the final whistle. Just wanted to go for a lie down. Fox was a difficult keeper to categorise. Not quite good enough to describe him as 'great', but held his place in the team for many years without ever letting us down.

Peter Crouch for Spurs and Foy apparently didn't see it......which isn't surprising seeing as he is a dickhead

Peter Fox at Man City. It was a Boxing Day game. He got from one side of the goal to the other to turn the ball around the post.

Banksy from a Wyn Davies header for Newcastle. Unbelievable agility to flick the ball away from goal - I always thought it was better that the Pele one.

Back in 2008, the day we (Leicester were relegated) against Stoke at the Britannia, Carlo Nash in goal for you, made an outstanding save to deny our striker then Iain Hume. Such a strong hand and it was a decent effort at goal as well.

Hope you do well in Champions League mate :-)

Hope you do well in Champions League mate :-) Thanks for the comment. Oh yeah, it did seem like that in terms of a lifetime ago. So much has changed between both clubs since 2008. This is why us Leicester fans are so delighted and proud of our title win because for years we were battling relegation, then changed towards trying to get out of the league in the higher positions. It took us ten years, with League one relegation, but it shows that if you follow your club through the good times and bad, things can work out for the best eventually. So far in our two years in the Premier League, I haven't been able to get to any away matches due to them selling out (understandably), but went to many in the Championship and League One. Hopefully this doesn't sound like I'm gloating, just proud that I've followed my club since the less successful days. Hoping to get to more away's next season though. I've got more of a chance because our away priority system has changed now, meaning me as a season ticket holder, gets a better priority of going to the away matches. My points have built up well so I'm pleased.

Anyone remember Jason Kearton?
Couldn't find any Stoke footage but I remembered this game when he was at Crewe; its poor quality but its worth watching as its an absolute masterclass in the art of goalkeeping. I remember watching this back in 2000 on Sky.
The saves are PHENOMENAL

John Farmer once saved two Jimmy Greaves penalties in one game at the Vic. John was a superb shot stopper and remember a stunning save from a Bobby Charlton thunderbolt.
