Absolutely incredible achievement well done to everybody at the King Power especially the massive German youth Agreed .........congratulations to Robert Huth, Stoke City's best player this season, sold and replaced by an inferior, arm flinging, rag doll of a player by an incompetent manager who should be shown the door. Jesus Christ give it a rest will you? He doesn't play for Stoke City, anymore than Vardy plays for Fleetwood, Allbrighton plays for Villa, Scmeichel plays for Leeds or Ranieri manages Chelsea. That's what happens in football. Get over it.

Pleased for Huth because I always liked him but hate leicester so pissed off also. Please don't celebrate because it's a 'victory for football' because it isn't and they're not Stoke so they can kiss my fat one what's wrong with people on this board? something nasty in the oatcakes?........how the hell do you get to "hate Leicester"?......so you people would prefer Arsenal, Man City, Man U. Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs.....ahead of Leicester??? .......Leicester have shown what team spirit and a settled, regular team selection can do.....chuck in a manager who knows what he's doing and bingo! If I hear that pratt on Radio Stoke asking "but how far can Stoke go realistically?" one more time I will smash the radio. Really, I despair with some so called Stoke/football fans.

You know very little do you ..... He was injured. He did play 24 games for Boro that season. He was injured up to January and by then they were in the shit big time.....he must have been doing something right we then paid £5m for him after he wasn't very good according to Jarhead.

Or they know what a monumental bore you are. Hoof ball triumphs are you just a tad jealous we do not have a manager who knows what a decent defender looks like, ship out a panzer and ship in a pansy. ...............spot on mate, I hate M Hughes, but was prepared to give him some time, splitting the Huth/Shawcross partnership has made his position untenable in my view........the man has done nothing to alter my opinion since he took over, he is and always has been a bluffer, an idiot, an incompetent......pity Coates is so easily conned. Thank god it's over for me after West Ham win, certainly until Hughes is sacked, or walks.

I've hated Leicester for about thirty years and I'm buggered if I'm going to celebrate the win of another team and be told what to think about it on a STOKE message board. I don't prefer ant of those teams I prefer Stoke which is kind of the point

Thank god it's over for me after West Ham win, certainly until Hughes is sacked, or walks. "done nothing" - apart from deliver back to back the highest ever league finishes by Stoke in the modern era and the lifetime of the majority of Stoke supporters. That kind of "nothing". By all means have your views on his style of play, fitness of the team or recruitemt. But a "bluffer, an idiot, an incompetent" he is not - unless he's some kind of Forrest Gump character who finds himself in the rigfht place at the right time to take the credit when Blackburn, Wales, and Fulham all exceeded their own expectations. Your obsession with Huth is unhealthy. The Huth/Shawcross partnership had been "split" for the preceding 18 months due to Huths injuries - and we did fine - so don't rewrite history. There was nothing about it that made Highes position untenabe because on his watch it never actually existed. Do yourself a favour and just congratulate and enjoy Leicesters achievement for the breath of fresh air it is rather than using it as a stick to beat out what is now becoming a rather tiresome tune.

Its an incredible achievement with the odds stacked against them but the perfect storm happened for them and it's stuck it to the big clubs which makes it all the more enjoyable.

Pearson laid the foundations is what I said, ranieri fine tuned by adding obviously, "fine tuning" is just one way of putting it, lots of "fucking hard work" is another! Happy now? I still think that's giving Pearson rather too much credit. Fine tuning suggest he just put the finishing touches on it. This is his title, not Pearson's in any way, shape or form. If we're apportioning credit it's along the lines of 10%:90% in Ranieri's favour. Don't suppose you heard the Leicester fans on sky news saying how much THEY thank Nigel Pearson for the foundations HE laid during HIS tenure?

Yellow fang you won't be missed I support Stoke City come what may and have little time for the crap u spout. Coates conned; he's forgotten more about football than you will ever know. Hopefully a proper supporter will take your place in the ground.

Not bad for a bluffer, idiot and incompetent. ..

Partly that, and partly because he wants to exact revenge on the posters who didn't like TP. It's now got to the point where he'd rather make himself look like a complete frenulum on the internet than concede that Hughes has done a bloody good job. Like I said on another thread, there really is no point engaging in any kind of discussion with him; you may as well ask Hitler what he thinks of Avram Grant. The best strategy is just to ignore him, like the nutcase who walks up and down your local high street in his slippers, yelling "pastry" at random passers-by.

What do you class as laying the foundations? Ranieri's contribution is a damn sight bigger than 'fine tuning', I know that much.

Well done all involved on a great achievement.Remember as a youngster always thinking Mark Wallington was a great keeper and watching old games on the Filbert Street mud bath on Star Soccer with Hugh Johns commentating.Plus kind of liked their late 70's kit.Come to think of it i actually prefered them at that time to the modern day Leicester City.

Congratulations Leicester - it goes to show that a team can be greater than the sum of its parts and blowing wads of cash isn't the only way to success in the premier league. I just hope its not a one off.

Brilliant achievement and shows there is more than one way to win games.
I hope we don't do what everyone else will do this summer and recruit/prepare to play smash and grab football - trying to copy Leicester. We need to develop a coherent game plan around what we have. In Imbula, Arnie, Bojan we have some major talent

In Imbula, Arnie, Bojan we have some major talent We need a strong spine in the team to complement the flair players, a decent back up keeper, at least one proper CB, a combatant midfielder, one possibly two wingers with pace and ability to beat a man and cross the ball, a striker that the manager has belief in, mix up the play when needed.
