Extremely respectable. Shows we are a good club and generally consistent with it. It won't prevent the gripewanking when we lose a few games though.

Steady Eddies eh. Could be called a lot worse. Start in the low teens now single figures. Next 3 seasons low single figures. Good trend.

A very interesting statistics would be the number of points divided by the average net worth of the teams over that period. This would be a kind of measure of return on investment - I bet Stoke would be at or very near the top.

Here's an another list based on the Talk Sport list that really puts it in perspective. The cities are definitely not in order of size and wealth, and Brum doesn't even make the list:
