Who are the neutrals Bayern, I haven't seen MOTD or Goals On Sunday, but I really don't need ex pro's to tell me what I can see with my own eyes. Personally I thought Crouch did foul Kaboul, but given that Pawson had allowed numerous fouls on Crouch outside the box to go unpunished, he would have been even more inconsistent to suddenly develop a recognition of a push when the ball is in the air. He was consistently shit - but the issue with 90 % of our referees is that they cannot make a decision that is consistenet twice in the same game; as for assistant officials - in a game as fast paced as football, how do we end up with linesmen who look as if they should be lollipop wardens, because they just can't keep up with play when they only have to look at half a pitch!

We were very lucky with the Cameron hand ball, I can't have a foul for our goal though. It's just a case of Kaboul being a right fanny.

If he did he wants shagging with a rag mans trumpet. Any hint of bias could cost him his career.

Should not matter - we should have been out of sight and Geoffrey should not have given the ref a decision to make

The ref added on 4 minutes because there had been 4 bookings, countless Sunderland players rolling around in faux agony trying to provoke a booking, a goal, six substitutions and Imbula booting the ball away at least twice. 4 minutes seems about right.

I'll take the luck given in the match yesterday.
We really need to score from these opportunities we create though then luck wouldn't have to come into the equation.
As for MOTD I've stopped watching because it's shit.

I'm inclined to think it was just because the ref was shit, rather than a planned balancing act.
For the record I'd go with it being right that Cameron gave away an penalty, but not that one; and that for our goal it was more Kabul crumbling than Crouch fouling.

Only watched the second half but from what I did see we should have been at least two goals better when the peno was a warded. Don"t think he tried to even things up though as he had a better opportunity when Pieters blatantly blocked their winger right under the refs nose. The winger and big Sam both screaming for a peno which I honestly expected to be given. Poor ref alround giving some right soft decisions and letting many go. That challenge on Crouch could also have been a red instead of yellow in another game and ref.

If he did so what. Swings and Roundabouts.
We made our own problems yesterday.
We were the better team no doubt , but you will still have to win the game. Sunderland were the poorest team Ive seen for a long time, but we were toothless and lacked the intensity and drive to take advantage.
