Short skirts, t!ts & pony tailsXx how was your alternative weekend? Would it be wrong to feel mildly aroused by the thought...

www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-35937077So should women footballers be paid as much as their male equivalents? Should, for example, our lady's team, playing in front of a handful of supporters, be paid the same as the Stoke first team, playing in front of 27,000 plus supporters plus many, many millions across the world? I don't know how much players are paid to represent the country, but yes, they should be paid the same. For Stoke? No chance. Totally different circumstances. It's the male game which brings in huge amounts of money and while feminists don't like that, it is simply how the penny has dropped. I find the women's game far less entertaining, hence I don't watch it very often. It's as if we're being forced to watch it, or feel sorry because it's not quite as good.

But the money they get paid to represent their country comes from the revenue their games generate (TV, sponsorship and gate money). So isn't there a bigger pot for the men's internationals and hence they get paid more? Same as the rest of the game.
