We will see if the club are behind the 20s plenty campaign if prices rise above £380 for a season ticket There was a report in the times that we are one of the leading voices in the capping movement although £20 was viewed as too low. It seems that a cap at £30 might be the compromise if they can get it through the Premier League committee. The usual wanker clubs were resisting it and they need a 2/3 or 3/4 majority to get it through. There was some suggestion of Stoke and others in favour 'going it alone' if it doesn't get voted through. With this in mind it would be completely hypocritical to raise ST prices on one hand but campaign for a reduction and cap on pay on the day tickets on the other.

Surely with the massive increase in tv money next season now is the time to get the ground extended and lower the match day prices? Get them in while we can.
The amount of people who don't go because of high ticket prices and the lack of pairs/groups of seats must be worth it. 12 days prior to the Bournemouth home game I was told I'd bought the last pair of seats next to each other. 12 days, and no offence but Bournemouth!

They'd be daft to raise them. We've got a huge new TV deal coming next season so there's no need and with our current awful form which looks like it won't be improving any time soon it would just create bad feeling and lead to a drop in renewals.

There is the usual air of hypocrisy by the football supporter and in particular the Liverpool variety: They will be the 1st to moan when their owners wont invest in the team. Chairman all over the country get lynched for not investing in their beloved clubs and if they try to run their club at a profit - all hell would break loose. However, when the football supporter is asked to stump up his hard earned cash Well It's just a downright liberty is it not - we should get in for next to nothing or better still free of charge. Some poor Americans had to pay $14,000 for a Superbowl ticket on Sunday - when it gets that bad then we have to worry. Support your bloody club and do your part for the mighty potters and let us show the Coates family our appreciation for their efforts and put your money where your mouth is(like our owners do) - get another job if you have to. My advice to you is get on Bet365 now and blow a months wages. Rant over PC
