to 48/50 points and have been unlucky against Lpool in the cup. And that will be a poor season. -7 GD highlights our very poor 3-0 defeats. Hughesy needs to sort it out

Poor. You are being sarcastic surely
It's a dam site better than finishing halfway down the third tier. And miles better than I ever dared to hope for for 20 odd years There's over 80 other league clubs who would like to have had our season

50 pts would be a success, given the players we lost in summer and the rebuild - I would take that at this moment in time

My point really I think we'll be around the 50/52 point mark if I'm honest. Would be good to hit some decent form going into April/May with a relatively settled side (particularly our forward line) so we can also hit the ground running in August for the new season.....

I think the spells without Ryan have been difficult , we have had some real highs and some lows , my issue is have the players always given everything and I think some of the more talented ones haven't at times and that disappoints me

I don't think there was any lack of effort on Saturday. It was a sorry performance but for me, it had nothing to do with a lack of effort.

Or should we just be grateful because we're not Swindon Town? We had a manager who thought like that once.

I wouldn't go as far as poor, the word I would use is frustrating. We have seen some of the best football played in years along with some stuff to rival the dark days. Injuries haven't helped but all teams get them (except perhaps Leicester). There are areas of the team to address and am sure that is being done. A consistent side playing with confidence can achieve anything - Leicester have proved that. Onwards to Bournemouth
